Hlo everyone, Yesterday I opened my puprime standard account and deposited money into it , and traded and make good amount of profit 300$, only deposited 200$ ,while i try to withdraw my profits I got a email which says withdrawal rejected due to suspicious Behaviour, now they disabled my withdrawal option , I try to contact their support team, and they keep saying their relationship manager will assist me, but nobody helped me, i opened mt5 it is showing an ac balance of zero , they withdraw all my money , the comment shows cash adjustment PNL , now my account balance went to zero , when I made a profit, they scammed me , they won't going to payout if you make money, everyone please stay away from this broker

No response after email and misleading information. When you make an account and a deposit, they promise to 100% your deposit. You have to opt in and I read this message: You have successfully opted-in to this promotion. Once we receive your deposit, your bonus will be credited into your trading account. Than nothing happens... After chatting with an AI bot, it seems that my account is not the correct one, it should be: Eligible Account Types: Standard Account, Islamic Standard Account, Prime Account, Islamic Prime Account. I am looking for another broker

I am sharing my personal experience with PU Prime, which has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I opened a trading account with them (MT5 Account 20773483), and everything seemed fine initially. However, things changed when a sudden “cash adjustment PnL” charge of USD 20,017 appeared in my account without any clear explanation. This deduction wiped my balance to zero, and shortly afterward, my account was deactivated. I repeatedly contacted their relationship manager and support team, but I received no proper response or clarification. I also could not withdraw my remaining funds, and the lack of communication made the situation even worse. In my personal opinion: • The support has been unresponsive and unprofessional. • I did not feel my funds were safe. • The experience created serious trust concerns. Based on what I went through, I would advise others to be cautious and stay away from this broker until they improve transparency, customer support, and fund security. This is my honest experience, and I hope it helps others make informed decisions. No sign of call from RM or resolution, its really not trust worthy broker.
