It is a SCAM , I had a very disappointing experience with this company. In my opinion, their services were not transparent, and I felt misled about what I was promised versus what I received. Communication and management were also poor. Alex is one of the biggest liars over there.

This company is a complete scam. A gent by the name of Alex would constantly request you to top up your wallet at the start of the interaction. Within a week they don't respond to anything - I can't even access my funds anymore despite several follow-ups. Fraudulent - I do not recommend.
