I just open account with pepperstone but they denied because the income is less that 20000 dollars these is totally disappointed ☹️ and asking too many questions

i applied to an account under the ctrader platform since two weeks now and every time i contact the agent in the chat they tell me that the approval team will proceed my application and since that time nothing changes i fel that they are not at the point of responsiblity i choose them after a long journey of comparaison between similar broker but it a big frustration and disapointed .

Very Honest and reliable Broker.. I honestly hope they scale and become Prime of Prime because their customer service is top notch if you are respectful and polite to them. I had lost on a trade because of a disconnect immediately after a market entry which didn't allow me time to add an sl and when the server reconnected I was already in deep loss so I contacted Pepperstone in a polite and respectful manner with all the Screenshots and Logs and they refunded me the lost amount within 2 weeks of Investigation. Definitely a top notch broker and I would highly recommend them. They have my Loyalty from now on

Pepperstones own proprietary software is algo infested and clearly manipulated to work against traders positions in any direction so be very mindful of their unethical processes! And I'm honestly not sure how the general mass give Pepperstone a decent rating but maybe they're still a little wet behind the ears and yet to realise how mediocre and unscrupulous this broker truly is!

i've applied for live acc in 27.10.25 and i,m still waiting for approval. On the website it says that it take 24 to 48 hr. I,m waiting a month. I,ve contacted the support via e-mails and through the chat and still nothing. And also it took the support team a 4-5 days to answer any of my e-mails.

I signed up for an account on Sunday evening. It said you can fund your account while you wait for approval after submitting your documents. So I did. I then got an email on Monday asking for more proof (bank statements), so I replied with those. I then get an email the next day to say I have funded my account incorrectly and I need to withdraw my funds. I try that, but oh wait, you can't until you are verified. I then get a phone call and email from yet another person to welcome me to my account, even though I still haven't been approved. It's been 4 days now, and despite asking for updates on my account approval, I can't get any, just ignored. For a first-time live trader, I am not very happy with Pepperstone. I would carefully consider using them, as they currently have £200 held hostage. Poor service.

I am dissapointed, how can the broker manipulate chart just to take my stoploss.. Ok i entered a trade on usdchf sell on date 10/11/2025. On trading view chart, the trade is good flowing and the stoploss is at a good place, no candle or a wick rallied to my stoploss but when it comes to pepperstone broker chart on date 11/11/2025,, a wick of a candle is seen hitting my stoploss.. Why why why.. That is not fair

I planned to use Pepperstone as a backup broker. I believe I may have had an account with them before, but I can’t remember. Recently, I noticed their spreads were among the most competitive, so I thought I’d give them a try. I completed KYC and made a small deposit of around £10K. They use a rather archaic system compared to some of the more modern brokers, which was a bit surprising. As a rule of thumb, I always test deposits and withdrawals with a broker before committing fully, since companies in this space can be particularly shady when it comes to withdrawals. I wanted to make sure this wasn’t the case with Pepperstone, especially given some of the things I’ve read about them on Reddit. Anyway, after being spammed by their account manager via phone and email, they randomly closed my account without warning. Luckily, it was just before I was about to deposit a larger sum. A valiant effort in wasting time. Stick with someone credible, like IG. Update: Pepperstone did indeed get in touch and make a significant effort to put things right. I've upgraded my review to three stars in reflection of that. It's good that they are at least willing to properly follow up when there are issues.

One thing I've come to realize about this broker is that they hedge your trades, hence why when the market goes against you they always chow the funds in your account but if you can check on the closed trades you'll realize they opened trades against what you're trading and they make money off it.

I opened an account with Pepperstone and submitted a combined services bill (landline, home internet, and mobile) as proof of address. This document was rejected on the grounds that it was a "mobile bill," despite the fact that it legally constitutes a landline bill due to the landline charges included. Pepperstone's AML requirements page explicitly lists landline bills as acceptable proof of address. The website contains no exclusion for combined services bills that include landline charges. When I pointed this out and requested that the document be reconsidered, the rejection was simply repeated with the same incorrect characterisation. This represents a failure on two levels: first, basic attention to detail in document review, and second, adherence to the company's own published terms. A financial services provider should be capable of accurately assessing documentation and honouring its stated requirements. I subsequently provided an electricity bill to eliminate any possibility of Pepperstone claiming I was unable to verify my address. However, the substantive issue—mischaracterising a landline bill and refusing to accept a document type explicitly listed as acceptable—remains unresolved. I have closed my account. When a company cannot competently handle straightforward administrative processes or honour its own terms and conditions, it raises serious questions about operational standards in more complex matters.

I was having problems with my account verification, and when I got an email from Caren Adiwa, I thought maybe she could help but her responses were very generic and not helpful.It felt like I was in a very long line and her response was just to get me out of the way, I felt very discouraged. If Pepperstone prides itself for good customer service, it should be the best and professional. Caren Adiwa should improve on that.

My account was denied. I emailed to clarify some details. They then requested proof of wealth, income statements, bank statements etc. And how I got to my financial position. My financial position is secure and I'm not proving myself to get an account. I wouldn't trade, gamble or risk funds that I can't afford you loose. I'll trade elsewhere.

Most of the time specially during high volatility app and website platform just doesn’t work, it’s just froze. Just be careful if you are trading with this platform, you are actually risking your money as you won’t be able to manage your trade during high volatility.

i just registered a new account on 22-Jul-2023 and until now can't login to my account ! contacted support many times , reset my password , did all they asked me to do ... tried multiple browsers to use for loging , tried to use a private VPS to login .... all NOT working ... can't login to my account ... it's really BAD experience for me ... if you don't care with your customers , at least please be honest with them ... this is my email : momoaal ....... you can check it to find out my problem ... i wonder how the support would be when i start real trading with you !!! ? Thank you for this bad experience .
