Five Stars for me deposit and Withdrawal is fast and have a 2FA to secure your account and their platform is easy to use. My experience with this broker has been deeply disappointing and concerning. After my account performance became consistently positive, I noticed an unexpected increase in commissions and trading costs, with no clear or transparent explanation provided. When I later requested a change in account type, I was told that all open positions would need to be closed first—despite the fact that my trades were long-term positions, making this requirement unrealistic at the time. The most troubling part was that when my margin level declined, all deposit and funding options for my account suddenly became unavailable. This left me unable to add funds and placed my account at serious risk of margin issues. Support did not provide a reasonable solution or timeline to resolve this. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and account restrictions made me lose confidence in this broker. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and carefully review all terms and conditions before opening an account.

I made a USDT deposit on Thursday, December 18th, and it's still not showing up in my account. I've sent over 20 emails and tried their chat support, but I haven't gotten anywhere. It's a terrible experience, very poor customer service, and the worst part is they still haven't given me any information about when the funds will be credited to my account. It's a shame what's happening with this broker, which was quite good until a few months ago.

too bad experience! broker has too many issue on working in account, platform and more commission and charges on account, NEVER DONT USE IT! NEVER!!! I contact multiple times with your support team, and instead of a proper investigation, I was given generic and irrelevant suggestions such as clearing browser cache or trying again later. These responses wasted time and did not resolve the issue. I had successfully deposited before using the same bank on my Pepperstone account. When the problem started, I also tried multiple other banks from different countries, all under my own name. All were declined. Claiming that every issuing bank was at fault while Pepperstone had no issue is simply not credible. Because of these unresolved funding issues, I could not manage my positions properly. Combined with high commissions and margin pressure, this directly contributed to faster margin calls and losses. During this period, no effective solution or escalation was offered. Saying you could not investigate because I “did not respond” is also incorrect. I contacted support several times and followed instructions, but received no meaningful technical explanation or resolution. Deflecting responsibility entirely to banks, while offering only surface-level troubleshooting, does not constitute proper customer support. I expected a serious review of the payment system and account setup, not generic answers. I stand by my review.

For our current experience, with Pepperstone trading platform: We, for some of our members private accounts, experienced a purposeful-selective policy as to who can be a member. You will be approached with no initial trust, as a potential signing-up, individual member. From the nature and requests of their support: it felt not a welcoming as a community of traders, so that has hurted, and actually made our joining process impossible, with the such onerous, inflexible approach in-place. Same as that they are now trying to influence our review, via additional emails now, that seem more 'flexible', (but it's mainly: requesting the same questions, we have *answered once already*). While, that new 'flexibility' in their emails was not there before receiving the public review form us. Only after. That speaks a lot, in itself. So, presently, we found Pepperstone trading to be, in all honesty: actually as we have initially stated above: not for our taste and community expectations. This is, for our review time, at: Dec, 2025. While we don't know if / or how soon / will the provider address these issues, regardless their onboarding policy, assuming that exists. Thank you.

My experience with Pepperstone has been extremely disappointing. I lost a total of about $145 due to what appeared to be glitches or latency issues on their platform. It wasn’t my internet connection — I have a stable 75 Mb fibre line, and I tested it each time the issue occurred. On multiple occasions, I placed a buy order, the order was accepted, and then the entire platform froze for about a minute. When it finally responded again, the candle was clearly in profit, yet my position showed a loss and was immediately stopped out — resulting in losses of $75, then $63 the next day, and another $11 after that. I reached out to Pepperstone for help, not even asking for a refund, just guidance on how to resolve the issue. I received no response at all. I withdrew most of my funds and left only $100 to test further, but the same issues continued. It even happened to my wife; she took a screenshot and contacted support, but again, no reply. Another recurring problem is that when placing a buy or sell order, the platform sometimes delays execution and the position instantly moves into the negative, reducing potential profits or causing unnecessary losses. At times it even refuses to execute at the selected level, forcing you to chase the candle. Overall, I’m very disappointed. Reliable execution and responsive support are the minimum I expect from a broker, and unfortunately Pepperstone has failed on both.

I recently tested Pepperstone by depositing around $5,000, mainly to check the broker’s execution and trading conditions. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. During trading, I noticed serious issues with price manipulation and execution. It felt like the platform was reacting directly to my positions and stop-loss levels. The market moved in ways that did not match normal price action, and my trades were stopped out very precisely, as if my stop levels were clearly visible and targeted. Because Pepperstone controls its liquidity pool, it appears they have the ability to manipulate prices, raising or lowering them just enough to trigger stop-losses. As a result, I lost the entire $5,000 very quickly, despite using reasonable risk management. What made the situation worse was the poor customer support. Their support team was unhelpful, dismissive, and provided no clear explanation for the abnormal execution or losses. There was no accountability or meaningful investigation. This was only a test deposit, but it clearly showed me that trading with this broker is risky. I strongly advise other traders to be very careful and consider using a different broker with more transparent execution and better customer service

Pepperstone is so good for swing trading. You are not stopped out unless the price actually hits the stop loss price you set. Great interface, feels like they truly want you to succeed in trading unlike other brokers.

I would like to comment Irfan and Constantina, two of the support agents who spent hours with me answering all the doubts and questions that I had. They were patient and had good product and financial /trading knowledge, able to answer complex questions on trading, fees, EAs etc Through them Pepperstone has shown they are a serious broker who have staff that are competent and professional and gives confidence to the traders who use Pepperstone services.

I traded with this broker for years and when I was still losing everything was fine. I recently started making good profit and before I could withdraw, my account was hacked, and I will never get a refund for my hard-earned money. I would not recommend it because of the weak systems and lack of accountability because for crying out loud this is not the first time they got hacked. I have updated my review to a 5 star pepperstone recovered my money and refunded me thank you so much pepperstone.
