I had an issue with my withdrawal and various staff members failed to tell me the correct information in that you can only withdraw up to the original deposit back to the same bank account used to make the original deposit. The support email thread was useless and it was Ayush who came to the rescue and was, as always, efficient and professional. He is a true asset to Pepperstone in an otherwise sub par team.

Their customer service is great. Their spreads are among the lowest especially with Gold pairs. Furthermore, their withdrawals have always been consistent so long as you withdraw to the account that you have deposited at first. Been using this platform for three years now to develop a strategy for my trading and it never fails to deliver! Will still be using it until now.

I have traded on more than one broker and I can testify that Pepperstone is the best broker that offers very special price spreads and very strong execution speed. It is a very excellent broker and has high transparency, but their bad point is the difficulty and complexity of opening a real account, as the rest of the brokers offer great ease of opening an account through documentation through an ID card or a driver’s license, but Pepperstone asks you for a passport, and obtaining a passport in my country is a very complicated matter.
