Anyone considering Ox Securities, but is worried about their funds being secrure. Should know that this company does everything they say they would do. They respond to emails, address and resolve issues. Deposits and withdrawals are always handled in a professional and timely manor.
The agent is an expert knowing the my crypto case, and he/she is quick in contacting other team to give me the answer!

I contacted Ox Securities because I changed my master password and after I changed the password my account. wasn’t allowing me to place trades. What a shit show OxSecurities is when it comes to Technical Support & Customer Service. I just spent two weeks trying to figure out "how to" withdraw my funds. They use chat bot "exclusively" for Technical Support. God forbid you have a question that isn't on the FAQ.
