What a shit show OxSecurities is when it comes to Technical Support & Customer Service. I just spent two weeks trying to figure out "how to" withdraw my funds. They use chat bot "exclusively" for Technical Support. God forbid you have a question that isn't on the FAQ.
The person I spoke with was patient, listened to my questions, and guided me through the process on the website of what I needed to do.
