We suffered considerable losses based on this service's false promises.There have been multiple successful class actions fighting and with legal help for full remuneration. We didn’t stop fighting to recover. I finally got my money back from the scam broker. The entire recovery process was handled with incredible honesty and clarity, which gave me total peace of mind.

I was always warned that getting your money back was challenging and I wish I listened. Many reviews said this and I did not believe it. One year ago I opened an account with Ox Securities. I funded the acct with a bank and bank account that I have since closed. They keep telling me that they can only send the money back to the original bank. I don’t bank with them anymore! I cannot be the only person in the world to have closed a bank account. This is an amateur firm with an incompetent staff and no one knows what they’re doing. I even got a letter from the old bank stating such ( Ox requested this ) and they’re still stating the same ridiculous statement- We need to send the money back to the original bank and account. OMG! Stay away!!!!!
I deposited 100 USD using my credit card and traded it up to 125 USD. When I tried to withdraw, the only option available was an international wire transfer. They charged a 40 USD fee for that. Very disappointing company — their website claims you can withdraw using a credit card, but that’s not true. I don’t recommend this broker. They’re not transparent and just seem interested in collecting fees.
Didn't feel I was getting support from someone fully skilled. Some answers were a bit vague & slow.
OX Securities has the best customer Service available today bar none! My agent took the time to go over every question that I'd asked her. She was patient, kind, and informative. She made me feel important as a customer with their company. She when beyond the call of duty to make sure I understood their Brokerage services and the benefits they provide. I will be recommending Ox Securities to all of my colleagues and friends!

Prompt help
I had my trading profits unjustly deducted and my account suddenly closed without any valid explanation. After repeatedly asking for clarification, the platform simply replied that the “agreement has ended” and refused to return my profits. What’s even worse, they only started requesting additional KYC verification when I tried to withdraw my funds — a clear delay tactic and a common sign of a fraudulent platform. Be very cautious — this platform shows typical scam behavior, making it extremely difficult for clients to withdraw their own money. I strongly advise others to stay away and not trust this broker with your funds.
