Takes them a week to respond to an email
I needed some help setting up an account on Jan 13/26 and for some reason, could not get it done on my own. I had done it many times before but for some reason couldn't get it done on this day. I reached out to customer service for assistance and was so very pleasantly surprised to receive a response from Arrelle within minutes, offering to help. After asking that I provide her with a bit more information regarding the details, I was even further surprised to hear back from her again within minutes. She had gone ahead and set up the account for me...and it worked perfectly...Wow!...Was my 2nd reaction...now that is some excellent customer service...you made my day Arrelle! Thanks again and best wishes to you, your colleagues and your families for 2026!

please read!!!! I fell victim to this scam and lost everything I had sadly, after depositing here, they continued to come up with excuses and also stopped responding to support thankfully luven'securities recouped my loss I am 67 year old with grandkids who made me interested in crypto apparently, i was in over my head from the start, I am happy it worked out for the best
Believing their assurances cost me dearly, though Avex:Bridge eventually helped me get things right

Anyone considering Ox Securities, but is worried about their funds being secrure. Should know that this company does everything they say they would do. They respond to emails, address and resolve issues. Deposits and withdrawals are always handled in a professional and timely manor.
The agent is an expert knowing the my crypto case, and he/she is quick in contacting other team to give me the answer!
Straight forward process to open an account, good customer service and nice web interface. Only just funded my account so cannot comment on trading at this point in time.

I contacted Ox Securities because I changed my master password and after I changed the password my account. wasn’t allowing me to place trades. I got in contact with Zyron and Zyron was very friendly and evidently very knowledgeable. Zyron instructed me exactly what to do, to be able to start placing trades again? I did what he said while he waited and I was able to access my account and able to start placing trades again. Thank you, Zyron
