I'm really happy that Oqtima increases the system security. Sometime as users we forget that events, however, we have agents ike Stefani that are covering our backs with the most updated information. The agent (Stefani ) was very professional and pacience, to understand my request and provide the most updated information to answer my question. Thanks!

Your staff was OK, although other brokers experienced server outages lasting about an hour yesterday, but your server remained down for a long time, displaying “n/a” on the terminal. If I had held a position, I would have been finished. This started around 7 PM Japan time, and other brokers recovered within about an hour. I don't know the reason this phenomenon, maybe originated metaquotes company.
