Your staff was OK, although other brokers experienced server outages lasting about an hour yesterday, but your server remained down for a long time, displaying “n/a” on the terminal. If I had held a position, I would have been finished. This started around 7 PM Japan time, and other brokers recovered within about an hour. I don't know the reason this phenomenon, maybe originated metaquotes company.

all these forex brokers are scams. You never win, period. Even if you know forex you are certain to lose. You don't know what operations are going on at the brokerage. Or what arrangement they have with larger institutions. What they advertise is bullshit. There is so much price manipulation its obvious. These brokers are only in business for retail traders losses.

I am a new client and after a few trades, on the next day I woke up with my account being frozen for no reason. I didn't even made any big profits, just some wining and some losing trades. I have made a withdrawal request but they didn't execute it for a few days already. Later they wrote an email accusing me of abusive trading, but I was not involved in anything of that! How can I be abusive when I open regular trades and close them after 5-10 minutes? That's the bullshit they sent me on email related to "price manipulation": ----- We would like to inform you that our Risk Department have completed the review on your account and have identified trading patterns that do not align with the guidelines set out in Section 17 of our Client Agreement. Please provide us a signed declaration that guarantees no more usage of any abusive trading strategy, no more breach of market regulation and stop all participation of market price manipulation immediately and effectively, along with the selfie in which you hold the signed declaration and ID. --- Be aware and stay away of this broker if you don't want to lose money!

Great customer service, Mai assisted my friendly and quickly. However, there is a rule that if you don't trade enough they take 6% when you withdraw your money! Also, the leverage for Crypto is only 1:20. The leverage for other symbols is great (up to 1:1000). The spreads are very low - especially on crypto. The stop-out level is 20%.
