I have deposited the Rs45000 amount, but its not reflecting in Octa trading account. I have mailed and following past from 15days, but no use, this is the worst service from finance team, this is not expected from Octa

I have been using OCTA FX for many years yet recently I felt NOT SATISFIED with OCTA MT4 platform spread which is much BIGGER than other well known brokers so the result is some EA's will result either SMALLER profit or CLOSING at LOSS and this will HURT your PROFIT. As for other FOREX pairs, OCTA FX is OK and competitive. Also with BONUS up to 50% deposit is very helpful and many choices of GIFTS also added to PLUS points of OCTA. YET AGAIN, if U trade GOLD (XAUUSD) then Broker OCTA is NOT SUITABLE and LESS COMPETITIVE with others

I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with Octa so others don’t face the same issue. I made a ₹3,000 deposit through UPI at 4:50 PM, and my bank confirmed that the amount was successfully credited to Octa’s account. However, even after several hours and multiple follow-ups with their support, the money has not been credited to my trading account. Every time I contact support, I receive the same copy-paste robotic replies from their AI assistant or customer care team saying “please wait 24 hours,” without anyone actually reviewing the case or verifying the payment proof. This kind of delay, lack of accountability, and repeated generic responses from a financial service provider are completely unacceptable. It raises serious doubts about Octa’s reliability and transparency. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly advise you to stay away from Octa until they fix their broken payment and support systems.

I deposited USDT (ERC20) to my Octa account on Oct 13. The transaction is confirmed on-chain but never credited. Support agents (Danny, Rafael, Kurt...) keep saying “finance is working on it” for over a week. Case #215560807669648 still unresolved. Be cautious sending crypto to this broker — no transparency after deposit. I will update this review if the issue is resolved. — Client from Lebanon

Deposit issue money deducted from upi transaction not credited to my trading account so don’t trust octafx.
That company is stealing money because the issue is that to deposit that in that company via cryptocurrency that is done in less than three minutes but when I blocked you in the account for x reason that they do not say the reason they keep the money that you have in the account because really yes to deposit in Cryptocurrencies in three minutes maximum three minutes the transaction is done now well when they block your account and you write customer service they send you to send an email when you send the email they tell you ah we will return the money but in 30 days that is in 30 days one thing that can be done in three minutes they send you for 30 days because anyone forgets a case in 30 days then of those 30 days you have the account blocked, you have no way to contact Chat, they say they have 24/7 service, that is, all the time but when you You send an email They answer you in 3,4 or 5 days so that they answer you quickly You have to write to the chat and there is no way to write to the chat with a blocked account and if you can't write to the chat to give priority to your email, you screwed up right there

This broker is committing fraud, my account was fully verified and I was working earlier but now when I added the funds the funds got deposited but now by shutting down the server they are not letting me operate my account and are not withdrawing my funds also, send a message in support, they are making excuses and there is no process to do any legal thing, I want my funds withdrawn, the bank account is linked, everything is there, they have shut down the server, if it had to be done then why did you get the funds added my id 62177529

My withdrawal is still pending I AM waiting from one month 16sep i deposit some fund for trade but couldn't deposit and i report this issue to customer support ...i have All proofs and submit 05time but... they're not solved My problem My registered mail.. ..

I made a deposit request on 1st Oct’25 but have not received the deposit in my trending account neither the amount was refunded to my wallet. The transection was successful and amount was transferred to the UPI account given by Octa on their Deposit page. I have submitted deposit proofs with transection details and Wallet statement 10 times and have been following up with Customercare but all is waste because there is no single update they give.. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. It’s been 17 days now but no update from Oct and neither a timeframe they give for the resolution of this issue. I am afraid of making any other deposit requests. I don’t know whether i am going to get my money back or not.
