I don't want give them any star.Very bad service. You won't get proper response from their Kyc team, still you wait for years. Not at all client friendly broker. Don't waste your fund with them. They are holding your fund with no reasons. If you enquire anything, providing reply as if their different departments (Support and kyc )are in earth and space. No connection between them. Please stay away from this broker. My fund is doomed for nearly one month.

I deposited R480 to the octa standard bank account I then requested to be refunded this was on the 31st of December 2025 it is now the 14th of January still no sign of my Refund I know R480 is a small amount but it is the professionalism integrity of Octa that is questionable at this honesty I don't want resort to social media platforms with me query as this will have impact on the company image and brand all m ask for is my refund
He tries all his best to solve my problem and finally, it was all good with his great support.

I truly had a great opinion up till I tasted the bitter end of the stick. I lost close to $5k in capital and profits last week on octa because my take profits were not triggered, even after reaching and passing this points. I've reached out to customer care and I'm being tossed around. All I want is some reasonable compensation to help cover my misfortune.
