WORST TRADING APP TO EVER EXIST. Guys please save your hard earned money and never trade with them. Deposited a small amount just to check their reliability and i guess they proved how bad they are. Made a deposit on 23rd Dec Usd 57 next deposit 13th of Jan around 19:12of $100.7 in there fixed account I don’t know what happened the deposit never reached my account. I was asked for the payment proof which I provided instantly, then these bunch of fraudsters even asked for my bank statement proving that I actually made the deposit which was again provided. Even after giving them all the details and proof multiple times there is no response from them. All they come up with bunch of lies every time i ask them about my deposit. Just to let you know this isn’t the first time this has happened and not just with me. I have traded more than a $10k last year on a different broker but never faced such an issue but one time I decided to check them, they failed badly. At last i will repeat it again NEVER TRADE WITH THESE MF’s they will definitely steal your money.

Worst customer service,i am deposited at last 7 days before, but successfully payment and octafx website accepted my UTR number deposited message but not added my account, i ask to customer service careless service, irresponsible behaviour irritating story repeated but not added my account last 7 days, why delay reason irresponsible answer told me, don't invest big amount cheating game play payment provider, don't invest this app.

I was asked for the payment proof which I provided instantly, then these bunch of fraudsters even asked for my bank statement proving that I actually made the deposit which was again provided. Even after giving them all the details and proof multiple times there is no response from them. All they come up with bunch of lies every time i ask them about my deposit. A mere deposit through your payment process has not yet credited to my Trading account even after 2 days Pathetic experience. Even after several escalation no help or solution from ur side. I would ask ask anyone who wants to open an account with Octa to skip. Even after providing all the documents asked for there is no response. Really pathetic, unprofessional.
