This broker is a trash. Somebody added withdrawal wallet on my account without notification on my end. My balance was withdrawn. I have filed a complaint, but they have no response. They are all useless.

It raised my concern that Mt4 in system indicate the order is close at 16.07 where price is at 2868 but when I check the market price at kvb during that time the maximum price is at 2848. My position should close as profit instead it becomes loss position and price did not exist at that time when it was closed My question is why price close higher than my entry point when I didn't set any stop loss and stop out is still far from that as well. Its at profit position from 2864 and closed at 2748 at 16.07. Time. Please investigate the error and I will attach my trading history and journal for your refference All transactions are not transmitted in any way as B book, please put an end to this scam I hope you prevent this scam They said they would get back to me in my previous complaint and solve the problem, but I still haven't received a response to the email I sent. I am writing this review to report a serious issue with KVB regarding my trading account (MT5: 50021225). My account was disabled by the company citing “improper trading activity.” I am not disputing their decision to close the account. However, my concern is that my remaining balance of $90.86 is still being withheld. According to their own statement: Total deposit: $700 Total withdrawal: $765 This clearly indicates that any alleged profit has already been settled. Therefore, the remaining balance cannot be classified as disputed profit. Despite sending multiple emails and following up, I received only one response and no resolution. I was also advised to contact the account manager, but no proper assistance was provided and I was redirected back to support repeatedly. At this point, I am not requesting any profits or account access. I am only requesting the release of my remaining funds, which are still being held without justification. This situation reflects very poor customer service and raises serious concerns about fund handling practices. I request KVB to process my remaining balance immediately and resolve this matter professionally. I will update this review if the issue is resolved. Still issue not resolved. This broker allows IB (referrer) who robbed money from the customer. When reporting to customer service, they present not to know!!! The IB asked me to deposit money to my trading account and asked for account password. I was stupid and gave it to him. Then, after 5 minutes, he placed order with big lot size so that the account received magin call. Reported to KVB customer service, they pretended not to know. All I wanted is to ban this IB so that no further ppl will be cheated.
