Supporto sempre disponibile sia via mail che al telefono. Ultimamente ho chiesto via mail un'apertura conto e Davide mi ha risposto dopo poco. Piattaforma molto affidabile.

So far, my experience with Key to Markets has been great! They always send notifications about any news or reminders to make things more convenient. The website itself has been running smoothly as well. And of course, their support is among the fastest and most competent I've seen in a while. Every time I had a question or an issue, they resolved it quickly and efficiently. I don't remember all the names of the support team (all of which were great), but the most recent representative was Davide, who provided top notch support.
Frequent withdrawal issues and poor result , Check out and utilize the establishment written at the top oppositely to Key markets.

one of the worse brokers I have ever worked. as a professional trader i always keep an eye open for trading conditions and execution. on 20th of January 2025 Key to Markets had different prices registered since across three different brokers the low was 1.0308. KTM says that the low was 1.0312. Please stay away from these kind of brokers if you want to succeed in trading - because with these tricks in pricing your account will go bust. luckily i left just in time - BE AWARE!! as requested from the broker I am adding on the chart of KTM on 20/01/2025 for comparison against other brokers price. As you can clearly see the low of KTM is 1.0312 where all other brokers where priced at 1.0308. Thank you
Piattaforma con sito web chiaro, moderno leggibile... Spread buoni sul forex e depositi e prelievi veloci e senza commissioni (oltre i 100 euro). In tanti mesi, ho avuto un unico problema di chiusura ordini anomala ed è stato risolto (grazie Mariana Stefanova) in due giorni, complimenti! Platform with a clear, modern, readable website... Good spreads on forex and fast deposits and withdrawals without commissions (over 100 euros). In many months, I had only one problem with abnormal order closing and it was solved (thanks Mariana Stefanova) in two days, congratulations!
Plataforma fácil de operar, estável, depósitos e saques transparentes, sem dificuldades. Trades são executados de forma rápida e estável. Diferencial no apoio e acompanhamento do gerente de contas, no meu caso o Sr. Alan Freitag, tem sido excepcional, precisei abrir uma disputa para revisão de uma operação, tive todo o suporte, apoio, direcionamento, atenção e instrução. Por mais que o valor tenha sido relativamente pequeno, frente aos traders profissionais, fui atendido na mesma régua, com excelência e atenção. User friendly and stable platform. Easy and transparent withdraws and deposits. Stable, fast and reliable order executions. Account manager support and follow up is a plus, for my region, mr. Alan Freitag have been awesome. I had to open a dispute to review a trade and he gave me all the support, information and priority I needed at that moment. What really called my attention was he didn't care about the dispute value, he handled the case at the same way he would handle a case for a millionaire client, with attention and excellence.
Platform has a great UX design and the service provided is prompt and precise. Also whenever I need help, I get the attention and help needed. And fast! I recommend the platform and the account manager Alan Freitag will assist brazilian customers even if they are based abroad.

I am a recent client of KeyToMarkets, and when I was opening my account, I noticed they offer a MICRO account. I initially believed it to be the well-known cents account that we are all familiar with, but I was thoroughly informed by the account manager, Alan Freitag, and learned that it is not related to the lot size but rather to the type of small deposit that it is available for, which is not possible for Standard and Pro accounts. I would like to offer a brief suggestion for the broker to provide clearer information distinguishing the types of accounts. I am satisfied with the service and support, despite being a new client. I hope we will have a long relationship.

I opened a LIVE account, by the forex broker, "Key To Markets", on about July,2023, to trade at least 5 Lots/Month, to get a FREE Forex VPS, from "New York City Servers", that are the partners, of "Key To Markets". I traded much more than 5 Lots/Month. I told that, to "New York City Servers", and they answered to me, that they asked a few times, for a confirmation, from "Key To Markets", but "Key To Markets", NEVER ANSWERED to them, ESPECIALLY FOR SURE !!! I sent about 10 E-mails, to "Key To Markets", and asked them, to confirm, to "New York City Servers", that I traded the needed Lots, to get the FREE Forex VPS, from "New York City Servers", but "Key To Markets", NEVER ANSWERED to me also, ESPECIALLY FOR SURE !!! I sent pictures, to "New York City Servers", of ALL my Trades, by "Key To Markets", and asked them, to get my FREE Forex VPS, that I deserve, but "New York City Servers", answered to me, that "Key To Markets", NEVER ANSWERED to them, and untill "Key To Markets", confirms to them, that I traded the Lots needed, they can NOT give to me, the FREE Forex VPS, that I deserve !!! Another very BAD and DANGEROUS thing, by "Key To Markets", is that the Stop Out= When the broker's server, closes the most temporary loosing Trade= When the Equity=100% of the Margin. This is a very high percentage. !!! The Forex Broker "Key To Markets", and the VPS company "New York City Servers", are shameless SCAMS and CHEATERS !!!

The worst broker I have ever seen. 1. They are not competent to give service to those who has a lot of customers. 2. They don’t offer swap free Islamic account like other big brokers. 3. They charges even on deposit when you put your own money. 4. Spread is good no doubt but there is swap. 5. Customers services good and polite but they don’t have authority to fix issue over the phone. 6. There is no comparison with other broker in many angle.
