KTM has been a dependable broker for me. Trades execute smoothly, the spreads are reasonable, and their support team actually replies when you need them. I also appreciate how they keep everything clear and transparent. A perfect broker.
My limit order is currently stuck (frozen) in the system, and I am unable to cancel it or perform any actions. Because of this stuck order, my margin remains locked, and consequently, I cannot withdraw my own funds. I immediately contacted support to request the cancellation of the order and the release of my funds, but no action has been taken so far. While I understand system errors can happen, I have zero trust in a support team that ignores a situation where a customer's funds are effectively held hostage. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue.
Key to Markets has been pretty reliable for me. Trades execute well and support is helpful when I need them. A few things could be smoother, but overall it’s a good broker and I feel comfortable trading with them.

So far, my experience with Key to Markets has been great! They always send notifications about any news or reminders to make things more convenient. The website itself has been running smoothly as well. And of course, their support is among the fastest and most competent I've seen in a while. Every time I had a question or an issue, they resolved it quickly and efficiently. I don't remember all the names of the support team (all of which were great), but the most recent representative was Davide, who provided top notch support.

one of the worse brokers I have ever worked. as a professional trader i always keep an eye open for trading conditions and execution. on 20th of January 2025 Key to Markets had different prices registered since across three different brokers the low was 1.0308. KTM says that the low was 1.0312. Please stay away from these kind of brokers if you want to succeed in trading - because with these tricks in pricing your account will go bust. luckily i left just in time - BE AWARE!! as requested from the broker I am adding on the chart of KTM on 20/01/2025 for comparison against other brokers price. As you can clearly see the low of KTM is 1.0312 where all other brokers where priced at 1.0308. Thank you
Piattaforma con sito web chiaro, moderno leggibile... Spread buoni sul forex e depositi e prelievi veloci e senza commissioni (oltre i 100 euro). In tanti mesi, ho avuto un unico problema di chiusura ordini anomala ed è stato risolto (grazie Mariana Stefanova) in due giorni, complimenti! Platform with a clear, modern, readable website... Good spreads on forex and fast deposits and withdrawals without commissions (over 100 euros). In many months, I had only one problem with abnormal order closing and it was solved (thanks Mariana Stefanova) in two days, congratulations!

Diferencial no apoio e acompanhamento do gerente de contas, no meu caso o Sr. Alan Freitag, tem sido excepcional, precisei abrir uma disputa para revisão de uma operação, tive todo o suporte, apoio, direcionamento, atenção e instrução. Por mais que o valor tenha sido relativamente pequeno, frente aos traders profissionais, fui atendido na mesma régua, com excelência e atenção. User friendly and stable platform. Easy and transparent withdraws and deposits. Stable, fast and reliable order executions. Account manager support and follow up is a plus, for my region, mr. Alan Freitag have been awesome. I had to open a dispute to review a trade and he gave me all the support, information and priority I needed at that moment. What really called my attention was he didn't care about the dispute value, he handled the case at the same way he would handle a case for a millionaire client, with attention and excellence.
