Platform has a great UX design and the service provided is prompt and precise. Also whenever I need help, I get the attention and help needed. And fast! I recommend the platform and the account manager Alan Freitag will assist brazilian customers even if they are based abroad.
I am still starting to use the company services, but the client help service has already overcome my expectations. The business development manager Alan Freitag quickly helped me with a document sending problem I got.
I am a recent client of KeyToMarkets, and when I was opening my account, I noticed they offer a MICRO account. I initially believed it to be the well-known cents account that we are all familiar with, but I was thoroughly informed by the account manager, Alan Freitag, and learned that it is not related to the lot size but rather to the type of small deposit that it is available for, which is not possible for Standard and Pro accounts. I would like to offer a brief suggestion for the broker to provide clearer information distinguishing the types of accounts. I am satisfied with the service and support, despite being a new client. I hope we will have a long relationship.
I am extremely pleased with the attention that my Key To Markets executive has given me. Angel has been there at all times to support me regardless of the day and time, it has definitely been a very pleasant experience working with Angel.

I opened a LIVE account, by the forex broker, "Key To Markets", on about July,2023, to trade at least 5 Lots/Month, to get a FREE Forex VPS, from "New York City Servers", that are the partners, of "Key To Markets". I traded much more than 5 Lots/Month. I told that, to "New York City Servers", and they answered to me, that they asked a few times, for a confirmation, from "Key To Markets", but "Key To Markets", NEVER ANSWERED to them, ESPECIALLY FOR SURE !!! I sent about 10 E-mails, to "Key To Markets", and asked them, to confirm, to "New York City Servers", that I traded the needed Lots, to get the FREE Forex VPS, from "New York City Servers", but "Key To Markets", NEVER ANSWERED to me also, ESPECIALLY FOR SURE !!! I sent pictures, to "New York City Servers", of ALL my Trades, by "Key To Markets", and asked them, to get my FREE Forex VPS, that I deserve, but "New York City Servers", answered to me, that "Key To Markets", NEVER ANSWERED to them, and untill "Key To Markets", confirms to them, that I traded the Lots needed, they can NOT give to me, the FREE Forex VPS, that I deserve !!! Another very BAD and DANGEROUS thing, by "Key To Markets", is that the Stop Out= When the broker's server, closes the most temporary loosing Trade= When the Equity=100% of the Margin. This is a very high percentage. !!! The Forex Broker "Key To Markets", and the VPS company "New York City Servers", are shameless SCAMS and CHEATERS !!!

The worst broker I have ever seen. 1. They are not competent to give service to those who has a lot of customers. 2. They don’t offer swap free Islamic account like other big brokers. 3. They charges even on deposit when you put your own money. 4. Spread is good no doubt but there is swap. 5. Customers services good and polite but they don’t have authority to fix issue over the phone. 6. There is no comparison with other broker in many angle.
