Overall, it's a good broker. Deposit and withdraw procced within 24 hours. Candels from correctly. There is no slippage. However the trading rules are srtic
I traded for a little over a 1 month. Execution was fast, and trading was comfortable. The platform didn’t freeze even once during this time. The connection was stable with no interruptions. There were no issues with deposits or withdrawals. I’m satisfied with the broker. No complaints about the functionality.
I traded with this broker and even made a profit. My deposit was processed without any issue — but when I tried to withdraw, the request got stuck on “Payment Due” and has stayed there ever since. Despite the withdrawal showing as pending for a long time, I received nothing. And once I started asking about my money, support completely stopped responding. This is my experience: they process your deposit instantly, but your withdrawal never arrives. Avoid this platform.
The platform is really easy to use, and trades go through fast. The support team is always there when I have questions. it’s nice knowing I can reach them anytime, even in my language. I also like that they have different account types, so you can start with a small deposit. Deposits and withdrawals are quick and easy, and the bonuses and competitions make trading more fun.

Title: ITBFX Refused My Bonus Withdrawal After Completing F50 Challenge Hello traders, I’m sharing my experience to warn others: I traded on ITBFX’s F50 free bonus account, meeting all the required conditions: Traded over 5 lots. Each trade lasted more than 10 minutes. Each trade had at least 10 pips. I requested a withdrawal on [25/06/2025] as per their bonus terms. Support initially told me processing would take 48 hours, but after the wait, my withdrawal was rejected without any explanation. My account is [disabled/inaccessible/still online but ignored]. I have screenshots of my trades and communication with support as evidence. I strongly recommend avoiding ITBFX, as they appear to run a scam bonus program and do not honor their own conditions. Stay safe, avoid wasting to generate profit which you will never get

Very dangerous broker they have the hardest rules and even if you comply and follow the rules and make some profit they will still reject your withdrawal request and say your account is reviewed by an expert and you did not meet the trading condition. Guys don't waste your time and money here
100% Scam broker, They are scammers there deposit and no deposit bonuses are just a scam. Don't waste your money and time. I have proofs of scams of this broker. Recently I received their no deposit bonus and completely all the terms and conditions for the bonus but at the time of withdrawal. They rejected my withdrawal and removed my bonus and profit both also.
They offered me to get $50 credit. After i make a profit and fullfil all the bonus condition, my withdrawal is rejected. They said that i not met the withdrawal bonus condition. What the HELL. I ask them which part from the bonus condition that i am not fullfil, they only said read carefully bonus condition soooo many times, without any detail explanation/answered. Ridicolous. Updated : They reply my review and still talking no-sense. I knew the T&C is 5Lots (for sure), thats why i request for withdrawal because based on my trade i already fulfill the minimum lots. And i pretty sure, lot of trader got scam from itbfx when they share the experience w ith itbfx on telegram group but they did not make a review as i did. Its simple, look at the rating of this company.. 1.5 🤭🤣🤣

This broker is very untrustworthy and a total scam. Please do not sign up with them. They took my initial deposit and stole $143 of my profit for completely ridiculous reasons they’re making up. They just make excuses to avoid paying you out and stop you from withdrawing your money. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but their customer service is awful – they don’t answer my calls, they don’t respond to my emails, and they’re refusing to give me my money back. This company is a real scam, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from it.

I would like to review the worst and Shi*** Scam broker company. don’t ever use this company don’t ever deposit your valuable money to this company. because they didn’t give you withdrawal. scam.ndb broker doesn't want to pay. even though on metatrader and the website it's the same. there's no hedging. there's no scalping. close takes more than 5 minutes and the minimum transaction is 5 pips according to tnc. but the reply is not according to the provisions.. it's appropriate that only 1 can be wd 2 people only..broker scam.scam broker..SCAM SCAM.
