They lure you in with smooth platform, but once you try to withdraw, that’s when the nightmare starts. I had money stuck for months with no response. Out of desperation, I reached Merrillpath for help. They got everything cleared and I finally received what was owed to me. I wouldn’t trust this company again.
At first, everything went well with IQCent. Two small withdrawals were processed without any issue, which made me feel confident. My account is fully verified (KYC approved), I never used any bonus, and I have always cooperated with support, compliance, and the financial team. Since December 28, however, a withdrawal of €650 has been pending for more than two weeks. Despite many follow-up emails, I have only received vague replies referring to an “investigation”, with no clear explanation, no supporting documents, and no precise timeframe. No compliance issue has ever been mentioned, and no additional documents were requested from me. I was even asked to reduce my withdrawal to €200 with an added bonus in order to speed up the process, which is not mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions and raises a real ethical concern. As of today, my funds remain inaccessible, with no concrete solution. I have all the necessary evidence available (KYC confirmation, deposit and withdrawal history, written exchanges) in case of any formal complaint or review.
Stay away from these scammers. They WILL NOT give you your money that you withdrawaled.
You will never see your money again because this is not a real investment platform but a trap. It is a big scam and their focus is affiliate. Finministry is behind them as they are with binarycent, videforex and others. You can start your own binary option ”broker” within 1 minute via finministry and earn a lot commission. Those fake brokers mission is to keep traders who lose money within the platform with big bonuses to keep them there and they suspend every trader who is profitable. In that way they can milk money from losing traders. The platform looks great but dont let that fool you. It is not a real broker! Just report finministry because these scammers cant continue. There are better platforms for binary options

( edit ) after constantly reaching out to customer support asking for answers in a verbally abusive tone , i emailed them directly instead of using the website ticket systyem. the person assigned to my case via email was different obviously , the stated that i needed to turn over a certain amount and that i surpassed the amount needed and my funds held at withdrawl pending were instanly cleared. it obvious they have no real back office . very strange

However, the launch of the platform took slightly longer than I anticipated, which is understandable given the comprehensive set of tools they are providing.
Iqcent is a scam do not invest or trade on their platform I loaded funds with $50 dollars and I was charged $500and when I try to withdraw my funds the send me in circles every ticket I open kept getting closed without being resolved then I get sent an email from the financial management telling me to open a new ticket stay away from IQCENT.
This platform is a scam! IQcent states on its own platform that withdrawal requests are processed within an hour of receiving them. The original request was placed back in late October for $800. October passes, and still my withdrawal request was not processed. I received no communication as to what was going on, so I contacted them. Then they decided to inform me that my account needed to be verified again, even though there was no problem with the first verification. I gave them what they wanted. They informed that the account has been verified and is good to go. They instruct me to close out the original request and resubmit. I DID EXACTLY AS THEY INSTRUCTED ME. I resubmit the request for $870 on 11/4/25 AS INSTRUCTED. In short, they informed me that the withdrawal requested was received and approved, and the money should arrive soon. Days pass, and still my withdrawal hasn't shown up. Checked the transaction history, the request still shows "Pending". I contacted the Customer Support Live Chat, but they completely disappeared. I submitted a formal complaint, no response. I've contacted the finance support department(finance@iqcent) no response. I submitted six tickets, no response, and they keep closing the tickets even though the issue has not been resolved. I demanded to speak with a manager and/or a director to escalate this issue. IQcent informs me that someone will reach out to me, never heard from anyone, and no response. This is by far the worst platform I have come across in a long time! I'm researching on where and how I can file a complaint against IQcent right now and escalate this until this is fully resolved.
I've been involved in trading in the currency markets for about 20 years, and I want to share my experience with IQcent.com. Long story short, this platform is a complete scam. There are numerous facts and points of evidence to support this claim, and many of these have been described by others in their reviews here on Trustpilot. But there is one particularly blatant and, frankly, fraudulent issue with the IQcent operation. Here's a quick overview: The data feeds for the various assets (currencies, commodities, stocks, etc), are obviously manipulated---there is no question of this. I have been using the IQcent site, off and on, for about 12 months, and the manipulation of price-data has become so blatant that it is almost predictable. In fact, I have recorded---in real time---over 30 instances in just a very short time. Each instance that I recorded is juxtaposed with a professional data-feed (using the exact same parameters) that is used by brokerages and traders, and is highly accurate and trusted (and also quite expensive). No question at all that manipulation is happening. It would be laughable if it weren't so serious a breach. Further, I believe that this manipulation is being directed at individual accounts, "as required". This means that the embedded IQcent chart that you see on your screen (for whatever asset you are trading), may behave differently to the chart on my screen---depending on whose live trade needs to be killed. We'll be running some very closely-monitored tests in the coming weeks to confirm this suspicion and will update our various online reviews of this platform in due course. DON"T waste your money on this site! Disclaimer to the company: I have not added any identifying information to this review because I suspect, based on other reviews I have read, that my account will be shut down or blocked without notice. There appears to be a number of precedents to support this concern. However, once all evidence and data have been collected, I will happily share my account number with my reviews.
Verified account, withdrawal blocked My IQCent account (ID ICUM00241460) is fully verified, but my 3,400 USD USDT withdrawal (requested on 4 September 2025) has not been processed. Today is 6. November 2025 My support ticket was closed without any response (ID PMR2-442-11095). After almost two months, no update. This is unacceptable behavior for a broker handling client funds. Be extremely cautious — IQCent is currently not paying withdrawals.
Interface is simple, though a bit outdated. Still functional. I prefer stability over looks anyway.
