They have an online reporting website. w ww.ic3.gov My suggestion to everyone is to contact law enforcement in your country to put them out of business for good and to prevent them from harming others. IQcent stole $3k dollars from me. They wouldn't allow me to withdraw my funds. At first, I thought this was a Ponzi scheme. I thought they were using my money to pay off earlier investors that were attempting to withdraw their funds. Now I have come to realize that it is a straight up theft ring. They are stealing people's money.
