this company is a scam an the biggest there is when you want to withdraw your money you cant they will have you waiting for days then they message you to send screen shot of your e wallet which you do then the decline no one should use it
if I could give them 0 stars then that would be fit. i have 52.300 ripples in my account which I have never touched, then they start messaging me about verification (my account was already verified) So now I send them all my documents verifying the account once more, I get email back that they have accepted the verification and everything is great.. so I try to login and what a surprise they blocked my account, giving me new emails that I still need to verify and that they would now close the account and take my balance from the account (yes they told me straight up they would steal my money.) I'm looking to report this company and sue them so hard they will never dare to do this again to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEFS AND SCAM.
They will find endless excuses to decline your withdrawals even after 5 emails where i provided every proof they asked. Its funny that you can have a fully verified account and they still ask about documents when you try to withdraw and make silly excuses in emails. EDIT: after 5 emails they accepted my withdrawal and i got my money. Still i believe that asking all these things while i have a full verified account is unacceptable and very bad customer support.

First of all, I suggest that all those who complain about withdrawal beeing denied or put on hold, they should update their reviews. For I personally also had ‘withdrawal on hold’. Iqoption asked for a document which I provided. Later, I made 2 withdrawals which were automatically processed. Please, let all of us be honest about any company we are dealing with. If there is any negative change, I will have the courage to speak out and update this review.

This company will not allow you to withdraw and asking for stupid questions back and forth. They even can close your positions by saying that we are upgrading to other platform. You are supposed to deposit very smoothly, rest they will make every effort so you don't withdraw.
Stupid trading platform. Scammers never allow me to withdraw even-though I've given all the required documents for verification. Be aware about this.

My trading experience here has been so terrible, and i wonder how they are able to have some good reviews. From trading to withdrawal has been hassle and so frustrating. My name is Rajib Hossain, and I am trading from Bangladesh. My Account ID: 181615271 Over the past month, I have attempted to withdraw funds at least 5 times. Every single time, IQ Option has canceled my withdrawal with different excuses. Yet: I have submitted all the required documents according to their rules. My account is fully verified. I provided full-page screenshots of my Volet account (personal information, account number, Volet logo, URL – everything was clearly visible). I have not violated any of their policies. Still, they keep coming up with excuses, delaying the process, and intentionally blocking my withdrawals. This experience is extremely frustrating and disgraceful. As a client, I see that IQ Option is only fast when it comes to deposits, but when it comes to withdrawals, they start unnecessary drama. 👉 I have worked with multiple brokers for years, and I have never faced such issues with any other broker. For those who still trust this platform – be very careful. They will simply hold your hard-earned money. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a broker, and as a client, I am extremely disappointed.
The coolest thing about options trading is that there are no spreads during trading. I can open positions as many times as I want and still don’t care about trading-costs...
Poor communication, misleading advice, and hidden fees. The broker was unprofessional, unresponsive, and seemed more interested in their own gain than helping the client. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience — not recommended.

Cannot withdraw, they ask for tons of proofs then they say it's not valid for the specific transaction (method of adding money is different from method of withdrawal, no shit, my card has changed since then). Randomly sells your assets without informing you at all. And NEVER sends back the money after the withdrawal has been approved lol.

I opened a terminal and I understood that I made the right choice. Finally, I found a broker that offers a modern interface. I got sick of outdated terminals already...
Plz it's my humble request to everybody don't go with this broker initially it would look so good but then it takes just one withdraw request and your live support will be removed and they will never answer you though emails so plz don't ever go with this broker they just want you to not make money.

Been usng IQ Option for sa while now and honestly the charting tools are on point. The platform layout makes switching between assets super fast wich is great when the market's moving fast. Also like the custom indicators they added recntly makes it feel more pro-level. No big issues exept sometimes the loading takes a sec btu that's minor. My no 1 broker.

I invested money in IQ Option, but I have not received any response from their support team regarding my withdrawal or verification. I have contacted them multiple times, but they are not replying. My funds are stuck, and it feels like a scam. I request urgent action on my issue, or I will have to report this platform to higher authorities. This is highly unprofessional and unfair.
My account was verified on 27th of May, 2025 the same day I made a deposit. After trading for a few days, I tried a withdrawal of $45. This was delayed for 84 hours(3½ days) and was eventually declined. IQ Option wrote me an email and gave the reason as "Verification documents not provided". When I emailed them through their support, they asked me to provide my Full name, Date of birth and the last deal I have made in the account. I have not heard from them since. I am finding it difficult trusting IQ Options and I would advice anyone who wants to trade with them to be cautious. I have proof of email communications and proof that my account is verified. They have no reason to withhold my withdrawal.
Poor customer support. Seems like they have the same response concerning your complaints as long as it’s around the same topic or area of discussion. Almost like their customer support service is a robot as well
