I worked at Intertrader, until recently. My overall job experience was positive in terms of responsibilities and professional environment. However, I am currently facing an unresolved issue regarding outstanding payments. Despite fulfilling my work duties, several payments remain unpaid, including unused vacation days, bonuses, public holiday compensation, and overtime pay. I have contacted HR multiple times but the payments have not been processed yet. Unfortunately, the lack of timely payment has caused me significant financial strain. I am seeking a prompt resolution to this matter. I hope the company improves its payroll and communication processes for the benefit of current and future employees. This review is based strictly on my personal experience and factual payment issues, without disclosing any confidential or proprietary company information.
