Had to call the help centre due to various attempts to put on a trade with no success. The call was received by Jimmy who was very patient and extremely helpful talking me through a step by step process via a video link. It was so important to speak with someone directly and not the very frustrating automated services you encounter nowadays . Problem was resolved completely. Thank you.

I opened an account with Intertrader and experienced a deletion of $8,515 in profits on Aug. 17, 2024, from my trades. I requested a reversal, but it was not processed. Once disappointed, I filed a complaint with their regulator. I am still waiting for my profit to be reverted back.

I neeeded to contact Support at Intertrader today and was expecting the normal email back saying someone will respond within 24 hours. To my amazement and pleasure I received a call back from Agni within 2 minutes of me sending the email! There was a little forwards and backwards during the day however both Agni and Jimmy resolved the query brilliantly, and, the day before Christmas Eve!

I was locked in a trade during an outage which lasted a good few hours, my TP had hit and then some but trade remained open, then my trade had reversed and closed beyond the SL when the outage was resolved. I emailed Jimmy at intertrader regarding this in which they where able to reopen a position as a goodwill gesture which I closed promptly which covered the full cost of the trade plus a bit extra. 4 stars for the customer service and goodwill gesture, 1 star off for the how long the outage lasted.
I have recently noticed that the pricing on some indexes are seriously off. For instance US100 on Intertrader quote can be up to 30 points higher than the Nasdaq 100 quoted on CNBC and Bloomberg.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service at Intertrader. I called on a Friday at 10pm and was surprised that a support representative answered straight away. Savvas was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He got my account up and running quickly, and when the call dropped, he called me back immediately. He even walked me through making my first deposit. The whole experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend Intertrader. Savvas - Thank you once again for the excellent customer service!

everybody in the programme from Agni Sarah to Greg give very clear and sound advice. if there ever was aprogramme out there to teach and learne from smartcharts have develped it in my opion this should be taught in schools well done everyone at smartcharts.
