Summary
Most reviews about the broker are highly negative, with many users accusing it of being a scam. Traders frequently report issues such as blocked or deleted accounts, canceled withdrawals, unexplained deductions from balances, and unresponsive customer support. Several complaints mention that no-deposit bonuses come with unrealistic trading requirements or constantly changing terms that prevent users from withdrawing profits. Others describe funds being withheld under vague “anti-fraud” checks, unjustified profit cancellations, high spreads, and slippage. A few reviews, however, praise the broker for fast deposits, smooth withdrawals, a variety of bonuses, good execution, and competitive spreads. Overall, the majority of feedback portrays the company as unreliable, citing poor transparency, delayed payments, and questionable business practices.

My acount no. 9234516 I have been using InstaForex and unfortunately my experience with their verification and support process has been very disappointing. I have uploaded my bank statement and verification documents many times since December 31, 2025. My bank statement clearly includes my full address, bank manager’s stamp, and all other required details that they asked for. Despite this, my verification is still not completed. Because of this, my withdrawal is also on hold, even though I urgently need my funds. This delay is causing me serious financial stress. Each time I contact support, I receive the same response that my documents are “still under processing” with no clear timeline or proper explanation. Other brokers usually verify the same type of documents much faster without any issues. The support responses feel automated and do not actually solve the problem. As a trader, delays in verification and withdrawals create serious stress and financial uncertainty. I expected a professional and transparent service from a global broker, but my experience so far has been the opposite. I hope InstaForex improves their verification speed and customer support so traders can feel more confident and respected.

Hello, My names is: Shofia Lailatus Shobah Trade Account: 9223745 I have been using InstaForex for several months and previously completed two successful withdrawals. However, my latest withdrawal request submitted on 8 January 2026 18:38:12 (GMT+2) has been pending for a long time with no clear update. Customer support only states that it is under “anti-fraud check” without providing any time frame. All my verification is completed and I have always traded manually according to the rules. I simply hope the company can provide a clear status update or process my withdrawal as soon as possible.

I have complaint and fought back multiple times for my case previously but they still ignore me till now. You can scroll back to the previous feedback below. They even remove the Live chat option from the CRM portal. This is a huge sign that is showing the process of a downgrading broker. I cannot believe that a broker that claims that providing many sponsors to multiple athlete stars but cannot provide me a valid reason for my case. Please stay away from this broker!!! I'm really disappointed with this broker. All traders need to hear about their mistreatment and SCAM alert. This broker is a true scam. I started with their No Deposit $30 Account. At first, everything was smooth, and I received great support. The team helped me with registration. I traded throughout December and made profits. When it was time to withdraw, things changed. They initially approved my ID and proof of residence quickly. But for my withdrawals, I had to complete level 3 verification. Suddenly, I had to use the InstaVerify app for a selfie verification. The InstaVerify app was full of errors when I tried to upload my documents. I struggled with this app for over a week. I faced network errors and issues with image sizes, even with images under one megabyte. Despite my problems, they insisted I use the same app. I asked if they could verify my selfie through the Client Area or Live Support, like before, but no one helped. I wondered why they were so eager to assist me at first but not now. I'm truly disappointed with this broker. They wasted my trading time with their welcome no deposit bonus. This is a real scam for future traders. I will report them to the Ombudsman for their unfair treatment and for wasting my time for over a month. I expect they will try to defend themselves, but the InstaVerify app is faulty and hard to use. SCAM ALERT: trade with them at your own risk. Thank you, traders. They don't even deserve a single star worst Broker ever

I strongly advise against trading with InstaForex due to their manipulative use of terms and conditions (specifically Clause 5.18). My trading history clearly demonstrates that the company uses its regulations not to ensure fair trading, but as a tool to confiscate client profits. The Core of the Issue: The broker deducted $4,698.34 from my account (practically my entire net profit), claiming that my trades lasted less than 5 minutes. However, a detailed analysis of my transaction history over 4 months (from September to December 2025) reveals blatant bad faith by the financial department: Selective Enforcement (Cherry-picking): I have maintained the same trading style since September 1st. My very first violations of the 5-minute rule were loss-making trades (e.g., tickets #1142233958 on Sept 1st and #1142779198 on Sept 26th). The broker saw these trades but did not void them or return the losses to my balance. Ignoring Violations While the Trader is Losing: For three months, the broker allowed me to trade using short-term positions. There were no warnings, no automated blocks, and no corrections as long as I was losing money. Profit Confiscation Exactly Upon Withdrawal: As soon as I accumulated a net profit of approximately $4,850 in December and submitted withdrawal requests, the broker suddenly "remembered" Clause 5.18. They rejected my withdrawals (marked as "Decline exchange") and retroactively wiped out almost all my earnings. Unfair Calculation: When making the "correction," the broker only voided positive results. If Clause 5.18 were applied fairly and consistently, the company would be obligated to return my losses from the short-term trades in September and October as well. They chose not to do so. Conclusion: This is a classic "b-book" broker tactic. They let you trade however you want as long as you are losing. But the moment you become profitable, your trades are deemed invalid. Do not waste your time or money here — you will not be allowed to withdraw your hard-earned profit. Reply to InstaForex's comment: InstaForex, you claim that a 460% profit is "atypical" and therefore fraudulent. This is a preposterous statement for a brokerage company. In trading, profitability is the goal, not a crime. I used your proprietary analytical signals in your app to achieve this result. In September and October, I had many trades lasting less than 5 minutes that resulted in losses. You accepted these losses without any concerns about fraud. You only applied clause 5.18 when I started making a profit. This is a selective application of the rules. In an official email, your Anti-Fraud department admitted: "The risk of a possible error is assumed by the client. The company does not have the ability to detect all cases of fraud with 100% certainty." This is an admission that you are stealing funds based on "probabilities" and transferring the risk of your own errors to the client. I offered full transparency to prove my manual trading. You refused. Returning only the deposit and stealing the profits earned isn't a "safe return"; it's confiscation of profits. My case is being referred to the Financial Commission and the BVI FSC. UPDATE 2 Honestly, your excuse about 'market manipulation' in Gold is just ridiculous. I am a retail trader with a $1,000 deposit. How can I manipulate the global Gold market? That’s impossible. You say the signals I used came from 'manipulators.' Но wait—I was using the signals from YOUR OWN InstaForex app! Are you saying your own company’s signals are fraudulent? If so, why do you provide them to clients? You hide behind 'secret rules' and criteria that you 'cannot disclose.' In a real financial business, rules should be transparent, not some secret tools used to steal profits whenever you want. Your Anti-Fraud team even told me that 'the risk of error is assumed by the client.' That is crazy. You basically said: 'We might be wrong, but we’re taking your money anyway.' You only started talking about 'abusive trading' when I made a profit. When I was losing money in September, you were happy to take it. This is just a way to avoid paying me my $4,698. I’ve already sent all this to the BVI FSC. And I will make sure that every trader on the planet is informed about what to expect if they trade with you. I won't stop until everyone knows how you treat your clients.

I opened an account with InstaForex and traded only for a short time. I was trading XAUUSD and CL with very small volume, just 0.02 lot. I made some profit, but later I noticed that most of it was removed from my account. Around 215.5 USD was deducted without any warning or prior notice. I contacted customer support and also their anti-fraud team to understand what happened. Unfortunately, I did not receive any clear explanation. They only sent parts of their agreement and avoided showing any specific trade details. I traded manually and followed normal trading rules. This situation was really disappointing for me, and after this experience, I do not trust InstaForex anymore. Update: InstaForex has replied to this review by quoting a clause from their agreement. However, they still have not provided any specific trade numbers, execution logs, or concrete evidence showing which trades were considered a violation. I have already contacted their support and anti-fraud team before posting this review, but I only received general agreement text instead of a clear, trade-based explanation. Next update: InstaForex states that detailed explanations can only be provided if I contact the Anti-Fraud Department again by email. However, I had already contacted both customer support and the anti-fraud team before posting this review, and no trade-specific explanation was provided at that time. Even now, in this public response, no concrete evidence has been shown. There are still no trade IDs, timestamps, execution logs, or examples explaining which exact trades were considered high-frequency or a violation. Quoting agreement clauses without presenting factual, trade-based proof does not provide transparency. For this reason, my concern remains unresolved. Additional clarification: I would also like to raise a fundamental question. How can a broker determine how a client is supposed to make profit? The decision of how long to keep a trade open belongs to the trader. If a trading objective is achieved within seconds or a very short time, there is no logical or contractual reason why a position must be held for minutes or hours. Fast execution or short holding time does not automatically imply abuse, arbitrage, or unfair trading—especially when trades are placed manually, with small volume, and under normal market conditions. Unless a broker can clearly demonstrate, with specific trade data, how a particular action violated a defined rule, profit duration alone should not be used as a justification for adjustment. Furthermore, if instruments like XAUUSD are considered highly volatile, then a reasonable question arises: why does the broker allow clients to trade these instruments in the first place? Volatility is a known and inherent characteristic of XAUUSD. Every trader and every broker is fully aware of this before trading begins. If volatility itself is treated as a risk factor for profit cancellation, then restricting or warning clients in advance would be the broker’s responsibility. Allowing trading on a volatile instrument and later using that same volatility as a reason to adjust profits creates uncertainty and undermines fair trading conditions. Next Update: After posting this review, InstaForex partially returned my funds. Approximately 146 USD was credited back to my account. However, around 69–70 USD is still withheld without any clear, trade-specific explanation or evidence. The broker continues to refer only to a general clause of their agreement, without identifying which exact trades were allegedly in violation. This partial refund itself indicates that the original profit cancellation was not fully justified. Final Update: After my review, InstaForex finally provided specific trade numbers. They stated that two XAUUSD trades were closed within less than five (5) minutes, and based on this internal rule, part of my profit was cancelled. I want to clarify that all trades were executed manually with a very small volume (0.02 lot). No EA, arbitrage, latency abuse, or prohibited strategy was used. XAUUSD is a highly volatile instrument, and the trading platform allows clients to open and close trades freely without showing any minimum holding time restriction. If trades closed within a few minutes are considered unacceptable, such conditions should be clearly enforced or restricted at the platform level. After repeated follow-ups, only part of the deducted amount was returned, while the remaining portion was still withheld. This experience shows a lack of transparency and unclear trading conditions, which makes it difficult for retail traders to trust the broker.

Instaforex cancel 2 trades(308.15usd) because of 3.14.6. of the Public Offer Agreement(if from open to close order less than 5 min it get cancel), and they email me about it. Ok, but they also cancel another 13 trades(419.45usd) that didn't brake any rules, without email, reason or explanation. Support doesen't help, antifraud email doesen't even respond for more than 10days. Looks like instaforex don't have money to pay, so they simply cancel all the profits you make. Those 5 star review is obviously fake. Acc: 51505267

Honestly, I have to say that all the negative reviews I read were completely true. I’m giving an unbiased opinion, and this broker has really caused problems for me. Even with Sumsub verification, you still can’t make internal transfers in this broker. I transferred some funds to the bonus account, but I wasn’t able to withdraw them. They told me I don’t have proof of address, and now, after two days, I still haven’t been able to withdraw the same money I deposited, just because I transferred it to the bonus account. If internal transfers weren’t so problematic, I could have easily withdrawn my money. They simply don’t care about the user’s problems

Deposited money into an existing old account. I can now neither transfer to my own accounts or withdraw? I did early deposit during the week hoping to buy at market lows now the opportunity looks lost. I wonder why account transfer to my own accounts has to go through Finance department for approval. It is understandable if one was doing a withdrawal but not an own account transfer. A lot of stress for nothing to be honest. My own account transfers - REJECTED. Withdrawal - REJECTED. So what does one do when you can neither move money nor get it back to reinvest elsewhere? A good company but with unnecessary ridiculous inefficiencies.

Highly Concerning Delays in Contest Results and Payments - A Warning Sign Rating: 1 out of 5 Stars Review: I am writing to express extreme concern regarding the current operational status of the InstaForex brokerage. Beyond the documented reports of payment delays from multiple users, I have observed a disturbing and widespread failure to update and publish the results of their major trading contests. The broker's own rules stipulate a 30-day period for winners to be published after a contest concludes. However, as of today, November 13, 2025, results for several recent competitions are critically overdue: • FOREX SNIPER (Weekly): Last winner published on September 27, 2025. • FX-1 RALLY (Weekly/Friday): Last winner published on October 4, 2025. • REAL SCALPING (Monthly): Last result published on August 30, 2025. • GREAT RACE (Bi-monthly, 1-month duration): Last result published on June 20, 2025. The systematic failure to publish these winner lists—some of which have been pending for months—combined with persistent withdrawal issues, suggests a deeper problem within the broker's liquidity or management. In my experience within the trading community, this specific behavior (payment issues paired with a sudden lack of contest transparency) has historically been a strong indicator that a brokerage is in financial distress. I strongly urge potential and current users to exercise caution and carefully consider the implications of these operational failures. Transparency is paramount, and InstaForex is currently failing to deliver.

This broker is a scam, I have done all the requirements for a ndb $20. When I submitted my withdrawal, they told me to wait, but then the next day, they canceled it and asked me to try a new withdrawal from my account. When I tried to log in, it was suddenly deleted and archived, I don't know why. It's a complete waste of time. Please provide a logical explanation. I've followed all the requirements from the start, met the lots size requirements, and made the withdrawal according to the terms.

I can say this broker don't even deserve a single star at all, it is a scam for the first time in my life start to hear for them that my residence proof does not match with the requirements when I fill in the information, secondly I completed the tasks within 2 or 3 days for me to withdraw no deposit bonus they offer! Suddenly I got an message from them extending the terms which I read them it's a new thing, where by I should complete again 1000 lots size and deposit a small amount. This is a scam broker that will waste your time and want to take your money.

Scam, I create an account, deposited, and logged in on MT5, only to try placing an entry and it won't let me... yet balance shows clearly on MT5. I try writing to support and no response. Good thing I had only deposited a small amount to try it out. Can't recommend at all

Unable to withdraw profit after making profits... Account no: 9214972 1. They denied to admit there is a withdrawal statement bug in their client portal but their support team acknowledged this issue in the email and I have the screenshot. 2. Finally their antifraud team replied me but only allow me to withdraw initial deposit and voided my profit trade without a proof. They simply use the term "believe" that I was following someone's "gold market manipulation" signal and cancelled my profits. They didn't even provide the proof. 3. I have contacted the account manager "Farid", the support and finance team multiple times and they just keep delaying me. I cannot believe that's the service performance from a broker which established in 2007. 4. I executed the 2.7 lots buy on EU trade with the Gold 1.99 lot buy trade almost the same time and held overnight and I closed them at almost the same time as well. EU trade was a tiny profit trade for me and Gold trade was a great profit trade for me. 2.7 lots on EU is bigger lots than 1.99 lot on Gold. And they said because of the forex position outcome is different compare to Gold position outcome so this is gold market manipulation. 5. I am so disappointed for their antifraud team as they are not professional at all. I have already collected the screenshots, proof and namelist of this broker's staff and sent to the regulator. Hopefully this will help me and other clients to avoid facing this issue again.

If you are looking for a broker that processes withdrawal orders at a lightening speed , don't come to Instaforex at all. I have spoken to them on this matter and there has never been any progressive change . Any broker that delays clients' withdrawal orders doesn't mean good for the clients . Exness is a broker that processes withdrawal order just within seconds . Why is it possible with Exness and it's not possible with Instaforex? For good eight years I ran away from them and when I gave them a trial again , I discovered that they are still living in the past . I regret coming to you again . I felt the need to come back here and let this forum users know that INSTAFOREX has eventually processed my withdrawal and that really happened within their stipulated time though I wish withdrawal process could be more faster . Let the Admin of trustpilot ban the person who call himself Lynda Banks here , he looks like a scam because nearly all of his reviews here he kept on saying the same thing to different organization with a view to defrauding those who are so gullible
