very pleased with their ecn account. Commissions are reasonable, spreads minimal and execution fast even during NFP releases. In such instances I notice whether the infrastructure can handle hard tasks. This broker passed the test!

The broker gives me over 900 instruments to trade, so I can diversify easily between stocks, commodities, and FX pairs. Definitely one of the better brokers out there
Started copy trading through IX Social. such a cool concept! Seeing others’ performance and following pros has really improved my confidence. Also, the educational videos in IX Education Hub are gold.
My experience with Infinox has been extremely disappointing. I reported a serious issue involving what I believe to be fraud and deceit from their Nigeria branch, and despite providing details and following up multiple times, nothing meaningful has been done to resolve the situation. The lack of accountability and response is very concerning. I expected a regulated brokerage to take client complaints seriously, especially those involving potential misconduct. Unfortunately, that has not been the case for me. This situation has caused me significant stress and financial concern. This is my personal experience, and I would strongly advise anyone considering using Infinox to think twice and do thorough research before investing your money with them. Customer protection and responsiveness should be a priority, and I did not feel that here.

I used to believe Infinox was a legitimate broker until my late father had an unfortunate experience with their Nigeria branch. He was instructed to purchase Bitcoin worth $3,000 and was promised returns from trading. Unfortunately, he never received anything in return. This money was part of his pension savings. He was allegedly encouraged and misled into this investment, Infinox have since denied any involvement. Based on this experience, I strongly advise anyone considering a broker to avoid Infinox, especially their Nigeria branch.

Plenty of instruments and a decent STP account setup. Only thing is bank wire deposits take more than a day. Can’t blame the broker for that since it all depends on the banks. Everything else has worked smooth.

I’ve been trading FX and indices with INFINOX for months now. The MT5 platform runs super smooth and spreads are tight on my ECN account. Funding with BTC was quick and hassle free.

I am a trader with approximately 10 days of trading experience. On July 11, a credit error occurred in my account. At first, I did not recognize the error, and trades had already been executed. By the time I became aware of the issue, the trades were already in progress and could not be reversed. I continued trading, and profits were generated. Subsequently, my trade records were deleted and the profits were confiscated. Since July 11, I have continuously raised complaints regarding this matter. However, my specific questions have not been answered, and I have only received repeated template responses. On August 20, 2025, at 19:00, Infinox’s response was: “no response so ill close this” This response not only failed to address my questions, but also even contained a spelling mistake, reflecting a lack of due care in handling my complaint. I am requesting a proper explanation regarding the deletion of my trade records and the confiscation of profits.
The attention is good, customer service is fast and the manager Alvaro Melgar always solves and is ready to support.
