Plenty of instruments and a decent STP account setup. Only thing is bank wire deposits take more than a day. Can’t blame the broker for that since it all depends on the banks. Everything else has worked smooth.

I’ve been trading FX and indices with INFINOX for months now. The MT5 platform runs super smooth and spreads are tight on my ECN account. Funding with BTC was quick and hassle free.

I am a trader with approximately 10 days of trading experience. On July 11, a credit error occurred in my account. At first, I did not recognize the error, and trades had already been executed. By the time I became aware of the issue, the trades were already in progress and could not be reversed. I continued trading, and profits were generated. Subsequently, my trade records were deleted and the profits were confiscated. Since July 11, I have continuously raised complaints regarding this matter. However, my specific questions have not been answered, and I have only received repeated template responses. On August 20, 2025, at 19:00, Infinox’s response was: “no response so ill close this” This response not only failed to address my questions, but also even contained a spelling mistake, reflecting a lack of due care in handling my complaint. I am requesting a proper explanation regarding the deletion of my trade records and the confiscation of profits.

Now, the IX platform has arbitrarily implemented risk control measures on my account, rendering it inaccessible for trading and unable to make deposits or withdrawals. I used an infinox bot of from a Third party in Nigeria and it failed in its promises. The company promised so much and at the end the bot swallowed all my investments.. I felt so bad .. Don't trust any bot used on infinox again

I am an INFINOX Taiwan agent, and I want to complain about the rebate issue of IX. Now the highest rebate of STP in IX market is 10$, and the rebate of ECN is 7$. Why do they deceive me that the rebate is the highest? My STP account is only 6$, and my ECN account is only 4$. IX adopts differentiated policies for customers and agents, which is obviously unfair. I have formally filed a complaint and hope that IX will handle it as soon as possible. This behavior has seriously damaged the rights and interests of agents and violated the contract agreement and industry norms. The complaint demands that the customer and agent policies be unified and implemented openly and transparently immediately. If the company fails to handle it properly, I will complain to the FCA regulator.

I am an INFINOX IB. I have deposited 200,000 USD in INFINOX. The company promised me a net deposit bonus but it has not been paid for 2 months. According to market rumors, the company did not pay the sales staff. I am a little worried about my funds in INFINOX. I still have deposits in INFINOX. I want to transfer to a reliable broker. According to market feedback, there are updated policies to support IBs, but I, an IB that has always supported IX business, has not received any. The IX market policy is in chaos now, which makes customers lose trust.
