Your response proves nothing. I have written proof that IC Markets confirmed the bonus was tradable and subject to loss. After trading, you removed the bonus and reset my account without notice. Then you tried to intimidate me with phrases like “do whatever you can.” This is not a misunderstanding — it’s a pattern of abuse. You manipulate trades, trigger stop losses in suspicious ways, and deduct more than the actual loss. That’s theft. Stop hiding behind generic replies. I’ve filed a formal complaint with AFCA, and I will continue exposing your tactics publicly. Traders deserve transparency — not excuses.
The only thing that bothers me is every time you log into the personal account it ask you the digit code from backup codes

To me they are a scam stealing my money. Refuse to withdraw to my card despite proof I paid with that card. They want me to withdraw to a paypal address I don't have anymore for many years. There is no way I get my money back unfortunatley.
My problem was solved without hassle and quickly.
I am running 4 other ECN brokers, Always always problem with slippage, while other brokers had trade hit take profit, and so many times ic market purposely made my trade miss hitting the profit target. I am pretty sure they have their software monitoring the trade and do everything they can to turn winning trade into loss. Their support are also unless, they once had problems with quote from xau, while one broker hit profit taking, another broker gave me cashback to recover the loss and only ic market told me not their fault. Wont do anything about it.

I struggled to understand the withdraw process as I incorrectly selected PayPal even through this wasn't the process I used to deposit... the agent helped me understand and correct the way it should've been done so I could withdraw using the card I deposited with... Much help going forward and wasn't a hassle as I thought it would be... The agent then explained how many days it will take to process and deposit, answering all my questions within 1 minute, I didn't have to wait and found that very refreshing which calmed my nerves! many thanks
