I have been trading with Hfm platform since 2018 and all i say is that they are trustworthy, reliable their MT5 platform is top notch, they are constantly evolving and upgrading which is what makes me sticked with them.

The previous version of the platform was simple, fast, and easy to use. The newer version feels much more complicated and difficult to understand. #waŷ mines...#. Not everything profitable is trending. Opportunity has remained steady and dependable, and even with a recent start, the returns have been impressive.

87582456 I made a withdrawal from my account number [account number] on November 24, 2025, but they still haven't credited my money. By what right are they deleting my money? They haven't even credited my principal amount of $32,090. I am filing a complaint and requesting that the necessary action be taken. I want my money back; I've been wronged so much, they won't even give me what I earned rightfully.

HF Markets (HFM) confiscated my trading profits without providing any verifiable evidence to support their accusations. They claimed “prohibited trading activity,” yet: • They provided no trading logs • No system flags • No liquidity-provider data • No audit trail • No explanation of methodology used to reach their conclusion In finance, allegations must be proven. No evidence means no violation. And if there is no violation, then confiscating a client’s profits is unlawful and unacceptable. I repeatedly requested factual proof, but HFM responded only with unsupported statements. Their “final decision” simply reaffirmed their claim without disclosing any underlying data. This raises serious concerns about transparency, audit integrity, and whether clients’ profits are protected under their own terms and regulatory standards. I strongly urge traders to be cautious and demand full documentation whenever a broker invokes “prohibited trading” without substantiating it.

I like HFM, is a reliable trading App and secure and also customer care are doing a good Job they keep to update.
Without any explanation, they deleted my $3549, claiming I had engaged in prohibited activities. They closed my account to prevent me from questioning them, and I can only send emails, which are answered by bots. All communication channels are closed; there's no one to talk to. When I try to contact live support, they block me. They can't explain why I didn't engage in any prohibited activities. My research shows they don't report these transactions to the exchange; they keep them for their treasury. They also seize investors' profits when they win. HFM is a complete scam. Do not invest in them.

Registration process great
Received an email stating that I breached their T&C on abusing their deposit bonus for hedging, and I won't get any deposit bonus promotion in the future anymore, which I NEVER do it. I ask them to provide me evidence to show I did so it is fair and transparent to both parties but the customer support just keep throwing the T&C clause to me and doesn't want to provide the evidence. I feel they just simply find a reason to ban me because I trade big lot size and burst my account. It is up to me, my own trading strategy.
