HFM has marked the withdrawal status as “Completed”, but the funds never reached my wallet. I have been following up for over one month and every time the support team just says: “Your case is in process, we will update you soon.” No update, no proper help, and no TXID has been provided till now. If the transaction was really completed, providing a transaction hash takes just a few seconds. This clearly shows that the withdrawal has not been processed on the blockchain. I only want what is mine — my own money. Please resolve this urgently and send my withdrawal or return funds to my HFM wallet. My case details: Withdrawal ID: 359893366 Amount: $101 Status: Completed (but not received) I will update this review when the issue is resolved.

I have no problem with my deposits and withdrawals. I'm using their copy trading services and being a provider, I wish they have a chat function for the provider to communicate with their followers. So it's easier for the provider to guide their followers on how to really follow their strategy effectively.

I was trading legitimately and honestly on the HF Markets (SV) Ltd (HFM) platform, adhering to the Account Opening Agreement. I have now received a formal email stating that the company has arbitrarily terminated my account, citing a violation of "Section 27 – Prohibited Trading." I absolutely reject these claims. All my transactions were within the limits permitted by the platform, and I did not employ any unethical methods designed to exploit platform vulnerabilities. Despite this, HFM not only closed my account but also announced the unjust confiscation of my legitimately earned profit, amounting to $24,079.58 USD (referencing Section 14.2 of the Terms of Business). My Evidence is Complete and Forthcoming: I have sent the company a formal letter of objection, including screenshots and details of all my trades, and demanded counter-evidence to support their decision. To date, not a single piece of concrete evidence has been provided to justify this significant financial loss. I warn other Traders: If you are trading on this platform, be aware that the moment you become profitable, the company may unilaterally decide to terminate your account and seize your profits based on vague clauses like "Prohibited Trading." My situation is a clear example of how arbitrarily the company can act against high-profit clients. My Demand is Simple: The immediate refund of my entire balance, including the $24,079.58 USD that was unjustly cancelled, and the reversal of the unfair termination decision. If HFM does not urgently rectify this situation, I am committed to pursuing all legal avenues and filing complaints with international regulatory bodies. Question HFM's integrity and do not risk your capital!
