Good day hfm I'm glad I found hfm broker mid2025 it has really helped me to save some funds by using the cents account which I was able to use to test my trading strategy than using demo which makes me unfocus but one issue is that your spread is too much which makes one miss trade entry or get a trade and hit stop loss quick meanwhile on my trading view the trde is still active so please work on your spread

All my withdrawals was marked as liened in my bank account that was received from HFM. Marked as cyber crime/money laundering. they are sending all bank withdrawals from third party bank accounts which are using for money laundering services or for cyber crime. when asked about this issues they are simply saying speak with your banker becuase money was already sent to your bank account. when i spoke with my banker they said they recieved request from cyber crime department. HFM people are simply saying we cannot do anything. when we are depositing hard earned money to them and they are sending cyber crime money and not taking any responsibility. till now 416$ was blocked in my account and there was nothing left to block. All indian traders i am requesting you to avoid HFM for trading becuase if you dont want any heahaches of cyber crime from withdrawals. They are not providing any support or compensation to your am ount

I never see scammer like this broker, I got email for 100%bonus for new year, but when go to deposit money there is no any bonus, i think Hfm doing scam like this no body trade with you, becouse u have world stupid team,

I’ve been using HFM for a while mainly for forex trading. The account opening process was straightforward and verification didn’t take long. I mostly trade on MT5 and the platform runs stable with acceptable spreads during normal market conditions. While spreads can widen during high volatility, overall the trading conditions have been reasonable for my needs.

This broker is not save I just deposit money and have profit after then I withdraw money and just I get mail they will not provide service, that mean Hfm want only loss money traders, it s big joke or big scam, u people can decide,

I don t know why they blacklist me for promotion, i think because i make profit so they not like, they just want traders loss money with them, because this same happen with my other traders friends also, now we r request to traders friends do same as they doing, no trading with this broker, have many broker with good promotions

My phone broken and had it replaced with a new phone and gone with the 2FA Authenticator with it after I installed it on a new phone. I contacted HFM Support but instead of resolving the issue they asked me to download the authenticator which I have already explained why I got stucked on the 2FA in the first place. Really dissappointed with the support and not to mention that it is slow in responding to issues as well.

after some months of stoping using them, i decided to give them a chance because of their spread in gold! i attached my ea and let it work! but after some hours i logged in into my vps to check what happened.... trading of my ea is disbaled by server!!!!!!! i have a tool that told me that i lost 10% profit!!!! and the tool is 100% accurate with cents even!!!!! so if they didn't scam me, i must win 10%! i contacted support but do you know that i must send email and wait some days for it to be fixed???!!! yes it is what they say and do !!!! they never deserve any chance bro!!! just run away!!!!! They write in their website that a withdrawal is instant, but they lie bro, they take a lot of hours if not one full day for only single withdrawal! i made 5 stars for them last time, but it was not from my heart, the account manager called me and asked me to give them 5 stars here! Exness and Roboforex offer instant withdrawal not like hfm! myHF ID: 62051515 My last withdrawal took 12 hours!

My HFM Account ID: 56480461 I have been trading with this brokerage for approximately one year without any issues. At the time of onboarding, my account was fully verified with proof of ID only, which was accepted and approved. Recently, when requesting a withdrawal, I was unexpectedly asked to provide a Proof of Address. I fully complied and submitted documents strictly in line with the guidance provided, starting with a valid utility internet bill/invoice. However, despite following the stated requirements, the criteria kept changing. Documents that were clearly listed as acceptable in the initial communication were later omitted or reinterpreted without any clear explanation. At one stage, I even received written confirmation from a staff member (Suhail Ahmad) stating that my submitted document had been verified and that my account was in good standing. Despite this confirmation, I was later informed that the same document was no longer acceptable, which was both confusing and contradictory. In an effort to resolve the issue, I then submitted a valid bank statement, only to have it rejected because it contained a P.O. Box address. I was subsequently asked to submit another document with the same a P.O. Box, a requirement that was never mentioned initially and is unrealistic, as I only have one bank account and all my official banking documents use the same address format. This experience highlights a serious lack of internal coordination, inconsistent compliance standards, and poor communication. What should have been a straightforward verification process has turned into prolonged back-and-forth, unnecessary delays, and significant frustration. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly affected my trust in the company. As a result, I have formally requested that my account be closed entirely, as I no longer feel confident continuing to trade with HFM.
