Pretty solid so far. The only reliable broker in the game available for US traders that isn’t bait and switch like the other ones that exist then randomly get shut down. Fast support replies too. They’re also the only ones with the whole hero10x concept which is a LIFESAVER as someone who got tired of prop firms and needed more capital so it’s like a funded account without the sham rules that prop firms have to make you fail. P.S(their replies to bad or fake reviews are hilarious lmfaooo. ROFL)

I gave herofx a try I'm from Brooklyn ny and the withdrawal was fast i don't know if it was trade locker or the broker but my 4hr chart kept freezing but once i refreshed everything was good it never affected my trade balance the withdrawals was fast and easy so i recommend but its still early i don't wanna speak to soon
Update: 3/12/2026 after reading the reply from a no name person over at the Herofx broker site. I said what I said. I am not looking for a refund from money I lost in a trade. Also I am not a fake person you can Google me lol. You however didn't leave your name and you are representing Herofx! So you all see what you'd be dealing with if trading using Herofx as your broker. The review I gave was honest in its entirety. Excuse me for wording it wrong. It is not a "prop" challenge (Nor did I call it that). I didn't need to provide information regarding what feed I was using or asset at the time because after the many other tickets I had opened and completed and closed with you guys didn't provide sufficient information for a few of my inquiries. One being why does the broker have it set up till where when you have to deposit your money into the account that is set up you then have to transfer the same money into the back office wallet and then onto the exchange or then transferred into a crypto wallet of the customers choice. If I got it wrong it's proving my point of two many unexplained steps to deposit and retrieve your own money. It's an unnecessary map of tasks for customers to lose their way of monies in multiple transactions for ONE transaction. This is INTENTIONAL...Don't let it be multiple transactions! Bound to forget so it's best to write down every transaction instead of depending on Herofx to have an accurate log. Also I know when I'm being gaslighted! After speaking to the customer service and never receiving a solution I decided to go elsewhere. I tried several times to upload screenshots of the issues with my trades not being executed properly and poorly instead. The Herofx website does not attach anything uploaded in the support chat. You know that though. I appreciate you taking the time to notice my intellectual status. I strive to spread and promote continued education for all. BTW is whatever you guys call it on your website in regards to the 10x account claiming if a customer deposits $50 to trade in your 10x trade accounts then you will provide 500 for them to trade with. Once the customer losses a specific amount the remaining amount outside of what the customer puts in will be liquidated. SO I deposited $50 and was given $500. That account was drained so quickly of the $50. The remaining $448 (because your site closed my trade EARLY way before it hit its stop loss) stays with the broker. I'm not repeating myself as to why. I've already said what i said in the initial review. Absolutely DO NOT USE THIS BROKER/EXCHANGE. They will kick you out of your trade and remove your position far too early or keep you in a position when the direction changes against your favor making your loss increase and/or difficult to modify your position! Their challenges (10X) are set up to drain your bank account and you will have to deposit more to enter another 10x challenge. They claim the market is not exact across other platforms and I know this already but they are either 4-8 digits off of the Tradingview's current market display which is much more than other platforms. Cheap company that charges for every little thing but won't pay for its own real time data for accuracy. This makes it impossible to trade successfully. I wish I would read the reviews first Also once I reached out to support they asked for trading acct. # position, time, asset, etc as if they cannot see the past trades but then in the same support conversation tell me that they will reach out to their support and follow up with me in the near future. Like no resolution, no concern about the inaccuracy, just deal with the lousy latency or rigged numbers that are straggling through the market Of course not because then if they cared the traders would win more money and they are only in the business of taking traders money. Money withdrawn! Shenanigans Nonsense and never will I recommend this broker to another person.
I am completely being dead ass straight to the point right now, i didn’t have the full trust in brokers, because whenever a broker or prop firm face high withdrawals from a trader, they just have unexplainable error but this one, change my perceptive on such matters, HeroFX is the only trustworthy broker where you can find instant no limit withdrawal on your wins and profits, to all the people who think this review is paid, you can go f yourself, because at the end of the day, i trust these guys, they are a complete game changer for me, and my wins, and i absolutely no longer have trust issues with withdrawal. Herofx have a small spread but that is nothing compared to the instant support they offer you, the fast speed withdrawal process that they offer. I am happy to start the success journey of my trading career with HeroFX
Herofx has treated me great, ive recommended this broker to my friends and none of them had any problems with them. Spreads for NAS and S&P are insanely tight, like best industry. They’ve been around for a few years and nice to see they have a ton of social media presence because it shows strength in the community. All these bad reviews are bots or people who don’t know how to trade lol
I had such an amazing customer service experience. Mr. Li helped me change my password on tradelocker. I had been trying to change it for about a week or two and Mr. Li gave me clear and easy to read instructions. His feedback was positive 100% of the time and he was fast to respond. Beware! The spreads on forex pairs are TERRIBLE in the live account, especially the 10x account. The leverage isn't any better as well. Go to a broker that has low spreads, its almost impossible trying to grow any account, when there's spaced out entries and small lot sizes. Not worth your money at all. Also don't bother joining the contest, the top winners are filled it bots.

It is extremely disappointing to deal with such unethical practices. They operate like real scammers. Their only aim is to pump money from clients, and their relationship managers deliberately advise and convince customers to take highly risky trades, leading to heavy losses. The guidance provided is clearly manipulated to benefit the platform, not the client. This behavior is misleading, exploitative, and completely unacceptable. I reported the matter and got assistance I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within few days. seek help if you can. Based on this ordeal, my advice to prospective clients is to avoid this platform.
I started like a week ago and until now I have no problems, payouts daily coming in, support is amazing and fast. I really don’t understand the bad reviews like nothing looks sketchy or scammy everything has been on point until now
I tested HeroFX on a demo account to evaluate their so-called “real market simulation.” During a normal EUR/USD trade, my stop-loss was triggered at a price four times higher than my planned risk, resulting in an unrealistic loss. After requesting an audit, the broker provided a “tick log” showing a 20-pip jump within 0.1 seconds, which doesn’t exist on any real EUR/USD feed — not on LMAX, IC Markets, or TradingView. This proves their demo feed is artificially generated, not based on true market liquidity. When confronted, HeroFX support admitted that their demo environment uses a simulated feed with no historical tick data — and even suggested I could “just deposit more funds into my demo account.” That’s their actual response. I’m posting this to warn traders that even though this happened on a demo account, it could easily happen on a live account, where people lose real money — money we all know how hard it is to earn. If this is how a broker’s demo behaves, you can only imagine the risk on live accounts. Transparency and integrity matter, and traders deserve better. Be extremely cautious with HeroFX.

While I really like HeroFX, I had to move on. The Initial Margin per trade was extremely high. A single limit order was roughly a third of my equity. This made it impossible to take multiple trades or scale into trades. Maybe it was the account type, but it just didn't work for me. I'd be willing to come back if this could be rectified. Otherwise everything else good. Edit to the HeroFX Team reply below: I was trading XAUUSD (gold/metal) at 0.4 lots or $4/pip. Over $1.4k initial margin for every trade was being held for every buy limit order. Other brokers, or rather the broker I was with before try HeroFX, had initial margins between $290 and $340. This made if difficult to trade my current strategy. Please let me know if initial margins have changed and I will gladly come back to HeroFX. Other than that issue, I loved the service.

Hello there. Lets start off with the words that i talk about the HeroFx x10 account. Long story short its unusable with that huge spread and 20$ per lot comission. Don't walk in the trap like me because of TJR.
I’ll start by saying I actually like Herofx. I like their tight spreads especially on ETHUSD compared to trading with other brokers. For someone trying to build a smaller account this broker makes it a bit tough with their $15 lots on forex and the common slippage. I’ve never closed a trade, had my SL or TP hit and it paid out what it closed at. It’s always several pips off.

I must say, the overall package that Herofx offers clients is unmatched in the market! I tried some other brokers at the start of the year, as I want to trade on mobile, but didn't really find any broker where I was really satisfied with. A couple weeks ago they release Tradelocker with an amazing mobile app, and it feels amazing to be back! The support is not just amazing, but also really friendly and helpful, and my withdrawals are also processed fast on weekends! Keep up the great work, you guys are the best!
I have been trading for almost 10 years now. There are many opinions in this industry. Influencers, Guru's, other brokers, etc. I see a lot of hate on the 1 star reviews that simply seem to be fake or not genuine or dealing with personalities who are not the company. Who really knows. However, my experience has been profoundly positive with Herofx. #1 the support team... They go above and beyond to make sure that I have the best experience as a member of their community. Positive attitudes. Sincerity always. Fast withdrawals. Great conditions on RAW spread account. I understand I can pay the broker with marked up spreads or flat rate commission. They have to make money. Yet, most brokers are taking money on both. Hero gives me the option to choose what works best for my trading strategy. Sometimes market conditions produce a negative spread on certain pairs as I trade the Raw Spread account. It's incredible. I am forever a hero client as long as they will have me. Their recent addition of TradeLocker has also been a game changer for me personally as I love TradingView charting/tools. The options in TradeLocker for money management and execution of orders is hands down the best platform I've ever used. MT has NOTHING on TradeLocker if you are a manual trader. Night and Day. Truly grateful for the opportunities Herofx provides me to trade with a broker service that I can trust. 4 years now with them and I only see them improving! I had one of the support agents tell me once, that their mission was to "help everyone realize opportunity" and I truly believe that they mean it. This agent said something else that resonated with me deeply. This was legitimate wisdom, personal and professional, they said "the goal is never ending constant improvement and that they would also show up each day and work to be better for those in the community who deserve their best." I've never seen a company representative communicate that so confidently and then back it up. But they continue to do so. I hope this helps someone else give them a chance to earn their business because this team works hard to be of value and service to their clients. I was not paid to do post this. But even if I was all of it would be 100% accurate and I am doing this because today I had an issue and the degree of service I experienced was so far above and beyond that I felt after all this time. I should give them back something positive since they have been so good to me. I have been with this broker for more than 2 years and i just love the trust and committement also the communication. Recently they had outage and i had a big position opened on eurusd i wanted to close in profit but couldn’t. Next day as everythng got normal they fixed my account and l got my $10,000 profit credited in my account without any drama. Thanks so much once again also they came out with new dx trade platform which is worth trading there !
i initiated a deposit and then did not deposit for 7 days as my kraken account would not let me withdraw due to terms of kraken. When the time came to withdraw from Kraken to HeroFX my address happen to be expired and did not realize it until I had already sent it. I was thinking that it was gone for good. I got a hold of HeroFX support and they found it and added it to my wallet without any hesitation. It is nice to see that there are still honest companies in this industry.
