Contacted Hantec Markets as I wanted to verify personal details uploaded in the client portal but which isn't visible. Spoke to their customer support, Smith, who was able to assist in verifying my details. I took the opportunity to ask about deposit and withdrawal methods, duration for funds to settle in trading account and bank account, and associated fees and he addressed those as well, clarifying that Hantec Markets do not charge deposit or withdrawal fees and if there is a charge, it would be an intermediary fee which they do not apply. Smith was very professional and prompt. Great excellent customer support. Keep up the great work.
