I made a deposit to my account 12 days ago and the amount was not reflected even after sending series of complaints mails and proof of payment. I had almost given up when Ms Dorcas called today and apologised on the company's behalf and promised to rectify the issue. Shortly after, the amount reflected. I appreciate her because she cleared my doubt on the genuity of the company.
