Biggest scam Don’t trade with them they are the biggest scam from the brokers. Their entry and close prices are manipulated they will take your money and will make sure you will lose i even have proof with dates and timess don’t do ittttt

Funding Issues I was having an issue with my funds not posting. It normally posted within minutes of being confirmed on the blockchain; however, for some reason it didn't this time. I worked with Michael and he resolved my issue ensuring my funds were received and posted to my account. Great customer service.

Hanko trade customer service is the reason why I go with them. You have no idea how hard it is when you're trying to get into the trade and no one is there to speak to when their service is acting up.

I had an issue where I sent my funds to an old btc address and contacted Hankotrade. The customer rep I dealt with was Mike and without hesitation, he sent it to the correct account and I was credited the e act amount, this was such a good help and it made my day. Thanks Mike.

Could not find how to save lot sizes on the platform and Sammie did a great job helping me find, set and save this setting. She always worked with me on how to open a live account. Sammie was very knowledgeable about HanoX platform and how it worked which was a pleasure!

I rated my experience 5 stars because the support Guru I was assigned to name was Sammie and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered my questions quickly and efficiently he didn't take to long to respond like others have in the past. I liked the fact that he was engaged with me the customer and made me feel like I was the priority!! This is what "good customer service etiquette" looks like!!! I recommend Sammie! He's such an asset and a rare gem!!!! Thank you!!

Hankotrades has the worst payment processing times; they take 12-24 hours just to approve the payment, then you have to wait for it to be sent to your wallet. The more money you withdraw, the longer it takes. They are slower than any other broker I've been with, and I'm literally considering using someone else because of this. There is no way it should take this long to do whatever security checks they claim they are doing every single time you request your hard-earned money. There is enough technology out there for them to make this process much smoother and pleasant for their customers. What they do is a time-wasting practice and a nuisance.
