Entirely impressed. Trading made very simple, so much easier to be able to concentrate on learning strategies and manage trades when the trading platform and withdrawal system as well as support is top notch. Second withdrawal with them and it took less than 12 hours to hit my bank.

I am fairly new to trading, and completely new to the HankoTrade/HankoX platform. Want to say I really like the ease of use of the platform, and the smooth transition from computer to phone. Unfortunately there was an issue with me receiving the 200% bonus currently (01/2026) being offered. I followed all the steps presented on the dashboard, and did not know it only takes 24 hours or less to see, and to reach out to support if I do not see it in those 24 hours. With my busy schedule, two weeks had gone by, my account still in the positive (more than my deposit), but I had time today, and asked about the bonus. I originally reached out to the live chat, and with some uncomfortable conversation, was only given 100% and told due to me not inquiring sooner, I was not allowed the full promised bonus. I informed them of me being new, and that the information regarding reaching out was not told to me or the 24 hour timeframe, but it did not avail. I returned to a previous email, where the platform had acknowledged me as a new member and just offered a warm welcome. I presented my issue, not looking to receive more than what the chat presented, but I wanted to make sure others did not have the issue, because it left me feeling pretty bad, and as a new trader I did not want to go through finding and funding another broker. Plus I had already referred some friends. The email support staff responded right by away, AND got me the full 200% bonus! They did not make me feel low while informing me to always reach out in the first 24 hours like the chat did, and still was just as warm in tone as the first day. I’m giving 5 stars for that encounter, not just getting the funds, but the communication, and feeling of being heard, not dismissed, and overriding the feeling of being punished like a child for not knowing something when it’s my first time. I’m appreciative of a live chat, but due to tone I recommended the email support staff, and I will be sure to inform my friends and anyone I come across this platform does not play with your money and you can expect it to show in 24 hours or less. I’ll be back when it’s time for my first withdraw to tell you all if it has the same timeframe. Wishing everyone the best trading experience, and and abundance of asking growth! -Key
