Customer service is prompt and attentive. Michael was very helpful in solving my issue. He made sure to to stay engaged while he was conducting his research. I chatted with Anne to get the bonus and was taken care of in a matter of minutes. I am new to using hankotrade , but based off of a few traders I follow online Doyle Exchange , SharlineFX, & more I figured I would give them a try. I am pleased so far! My old Hankotrade account was deactivated, unaware of this I transferred money into it before I attempted to access the trading charts. After speaking with Support I created a new account and tried to do an internal funds transfer. Although it looked like it went through after 30min the money still wasn't in my new account. I reached out to support and Erin helped finalize the transfer in a manner of seconds. Kudos to Erin and the Hankotrade Support Team, they do an awesome job!
