I love HankoTrade, been with them for about 3 yrs now, They are a solid and reliable broker. I love the fact that they always make sure to offer a constant productive customer service to us the client. I also gotta say that HankoTrade has one of the best spreads and commission in the industry. Last, But not least it has to be said that HankoTrade is hands down the first broker that I see in my opinion that offers a fair trading environment to there client, When it comes to your orders been filled. This to me hit’s home, cause I’ve tried many other brokers and not the same can be said. When I had questions that needed to be answered, Anne was attentive and answered all my questions quickly. They also have lower margin requirements to trade most of their instruments. Others are charging 3x the amount. The spread on standard account for indices is trash. 53 for SPX and around the same for Nas100.
I had a pending transaction that Anne was able to help me with. She was very helpful, efficient and clear on the directions I should do next time. Excellent customer service!

Hankotrade support is second to none. Some of the other players can take a page out of their book. My trading platform went down for an hour and I had a trade that was live. Hanko support reviewed the issue and gave me the trade back. The timing of the help and refund was quick and easy. Hanko support has been on point for me!

worst broker ever do not trade with them i have full proof and videos of their shit lagging out or me placing a trade and it goes kaboom and it desnt show till 30 mins laters and when ur try to contact them they will try their best to fight you so they wont reimburse lost over 5k but thats what i get for trading with a shitty broker like them
Very professional platform! As a trader I have dealt with my share of brokers. Hanko is the most professional, customer support is very responsive, no waiting for an email reply. Your crypto deposit is quick, took only 15 minutes for the to show up. They also have their own platform to trade within so no need to use MT4. There are many other great features. Loving it so far!
