So i started Trading with Global Prime on 15/7/2026, 1 day ago and banked 30% on my " Verified Account " and suddenly the Broker Decided to close my Hedged Trades with a loss and remove the verification and call it an ERROR by the verification System. They Stopped my Trading Activity. and OFC withdrawals. spoke to support on phone and email and chat. nobody knows how to open a pdf file and check my address because. Btw i sent them all the necessary papers from House Contracts , Utilities bills , ID, Passport you name it. Stay away from Global Prime thats my advice.
They have The Best customer service. Especially Lorenzo is of great help when approached. I thought, I've lost it all but he got be back in within a matter of few minutes. Thank you Team Global Prime. You are The Best!

Cecille being one of them are instant at their responses and helpful. I’ve been withdrawing using interact and I get the money pretty quick around 2 -3 hours after the request. Withdraw not done yet. They wrote that it is instant through crypto. After 4 hours of waiting till now, my withdraw not processed.
