I will admit I made my mistakes as a trader but I experienced something that made me realize the platform is rigged I have screen shots and proof anyone can message me I will provide them.My buy limit orders don't get hit only when its going to be unprofitable or against me hmm odd, im not impressed at all when losses happen they happen, when im wrong ill admit it and move on but when ive done things correctly and still wrong because a issue on their part, well now that isn't fair at all traders. please be careful with this broker, I have proof of everything, I will report this to whom has the power to make sure other traders aren't going threw this experience, Things should be moderately fair not manipulated for their benefit.
Best broker out there by far. Their support team is very fast & responsive. Payouts are the quickest I’ve ever seen. Every single payout I’ve gotten in 2 hours or less. There’s a bunch of fake 1* reviews on here & that’s why their score is lower, but these guys are legit. I’ve been trading for 10 years & this is the best broker I’ve ever traded with.
Best forex broker i ever used hands down. And i've been through them! Great customer support, and fast responses always. I had 2 issues, and were fixed within that same day. I've withdrawn with them twice. The first took less then a day ( i fell asleep). The second withdrawal was under 2 hours! If anyone from gatesfx is reading this, thank you lol..Finally found a good broker after searching what seems to no end..Keep up they great work guys 👍
First off I'm new to GatesFx and I was contacting them for every small thing . They responded very professional and quick . They are very understanding and the process of depositing is very quick plus there dashboard is beginner friendly . I would recommend them to everyone .
Worked with GatesFX as an IB and invested time and resources to bring traders. They suddenly stopped all IB commissions without notice or transition, even for existing partners. Very unprofessional and unfair to IBs. Consider carefully before partnering.
Opened a doge trade of 0.02 and the spread was 3000.....in shock with the $61 spread...However the kind staff at gates gladly refunded my account Thankyou

What is very important to me is Helpdesk support, and GatesFX does a great job trying their best to solve problems big or small.
Commission and spread are very low. Deposit and withdraw process is very excellent.
If your profitable trader, stay away from this broker. They will trade against you. Also manipulate the chart. Thank me later.

By far the best broker I have worked with, as an experienced trader, I know whether or not a broker is honest about their liquidity provider or not, and rest assured that GatesFx is. They are definitely for the traders when it comes to spreads and commissions. I never had any problems with deposits or withdrawals, very fast. Finally, their support is always speedy, 5 minutes max before I have a real person helping me with my issue.
I’ve been using GatesFX for months. They have great customer service, 100% deposit bonus, amazing leverage & spread, amazing loyalty rewards I can earn the more I trade, I receive my funds within 5-10 mins of requesting a withdrawal, my teams loves them too and most importantly last week I won a trading monitor from their online Christmas raffle. Customer service is great, really fast response. Had problems with my funds taking too long to settle, was told there are delays (up to 2 hours) with the transactions. Though, I kind of hope you update your transaction history and showing if there are any pending transactions since it is nerve-racking to not know if a broker is legit or not.
While GatesFx did request I leave a review on TrustPilot.com after they assisted me with my account, I am a real client and I have no affiliation or interest in GatesFx other than being a client. I feel like I need to start with that due to how sketch the broker space has been the past few years. Nonetheless, I’ve been using GatesFx for about 3-4 months now ever since KOT shutdown and honestly, I should’ve switched sooner. While their platform isn’t the “prettiest”, I have made multiple withdrawals (atleast 7-8) using btc that range from $1k-$5k, and all have hit my account in less than 3 hours max. Sometimes literally 30 mins. Support is also super easy to chat with. I did stay away from the bonus incentive simply because I think trading on margin is more than enough, but all-in-all, I have 0 complaints.
I had some trouble getting adjusted to everything since i am new to GATESFX but the support team has been on it. Very quick responses and actually helpful. Very happy so far with GATESFX.

Im happy with this broker, so far they’ve treated me good , helped me recover a transaction that was declined, customer service is quick and there to assist me every time. I don’t know how people could have problems with this broker I’ve been using them for over 3 months and not a single time have I had a complaint. If it changes I’m honest I don’t care I’ll leave a review about it but so far I’m impressed. I moved from 24K Markets to this and I’m good with it. I love that they let me use the best trading platform out on the game which is TradeLocker. Dope

Don’t go with any You’ll be doing yourself a very bad thing , you’ll be scamming yourself if you don’t pick gates FX as your broker . They respond within 1 minute to every support ticket and they are extremely helpful with anything
