Best broker out there by far Don’t fear some of the 1 star reviews on here, the majority of them are fake. I’ve withdrawn over $20,000 from this broker & each withdrawal has been approved within 1-2 hours & in my crypto account. Sure the 3% fee is a little high, but I would happily pay that if my withdrawal is always approved within 2 hours, which it is. Highly professional & definitely recommend. Personally, if you’re wanting to try this broker, I would recommend the raw ECN account. It seems like a lot of people run into some confusion regarding the rules on the bonus account, so I would just use your own money with no deposit bonus. Also a plus, they are regulated.
There scammers they’ll take your money. Also the bonus is just so you can place bigger trades and lose your money faster. The slippage in trades is ridiculous. Price hasn’t even gotten close to my sl but I’m magically out of the trade. This company is bullsh*** don’t invest with them
Be extremely careful with this broker. I only traded with a demo account, but imagine if this happened to you on a live account. I opened a trade and took a loss. I immediately went to Tradelocker to check what caused it. That’s when I noticed I was suddenly in another trade — with no stop loss and no take profit. I have no idea how they did that, but if they can open trades for you without your consent, and this happens on a live account without an SL, you can imagine what could happen to your capital if the trade moves against you. Be very cautious with this broker!!! ```

❌ I think this broker have fake positive reviews, If you experience this broker you'll never give them a positive review. They takes my withdrawal with my initial deposit due to balance correction. They said i deposit 1000$ and withdrawal total is 1040$ that's why they correct my balance and it takes my all of last withdrawal. Overall ❌ negative reviews just stay away keep your money safe. Never trapped in their bonus promo also. Just faking and taking our funds. ❌ I have proofs but trust pilot don't allow to attach screenshots. I swear I'm not lying just stay away choose another broker. They suspend my account also i have no option to contact them now. Reply To GatesFX, If you're regulated for real then refund my amount. Otherwise you're tricking all of your clients. If you've any promo we have to take the benefit what kind of balance correction ? Like seriously. Just refund my amount and contact me.
Warning fake fake fake. This is a fake company when you trade here then they automatically close them when you take a good entry and block your account also. So never choose this broker this is a 100% fake broker. I enter into it and take a trade on Gold with 0.02 lot and I was buy at 4160 they automatically close it at this position and now market of Gold pumping above 4190 which means I am floating a profit of 80$+ so never join it. it's a totally fake fake fake broker.

Firstly, my issue/ticket was ultimately resolved. I had a slightly unusual issue uploading my verification photo, due to pop-up permissions. The Gates help desk team was very patient and hung in with me until the ticket was successfully closed. High regards for their customer support.
I experienced a malfunction with Tradelocker that caused my trades to violate my SL. I shared my position IDs with technical support and they resolved the problem in approximately 2 hours, depositing the lost funds. GatesFX was very professional. Its great to be a client of such broker.
Deposits fast and withdrawals fast. Execution is good too on tradelocker. But charging 3 percent on withdrawal through their psp provider is shameful especially for USDT withdrawals. Customer service is fast.
Honestly if you're wandering around looking for a broker at the moment and a pretty good one to say the least choose this! the support team is amazing and the funds get transfered within no time, and they're 100% deposit bonus hits different i've never seen any other broker do that so don't take it for granted! will keep using them and also they're regulated and with a 1:500 spread on forex, it doesn't get any better than that! look no further and give GatesFX a try it'll be worth the shot take it from me!
Be careful I made a deposit and then like 45 minutes I went back on there site there site was down for about a hour and half my funds still not deposited into the account I contacted support they basically said give another 2 hours which it did and now their saying they don’t see my bitcoin on the chain block

If you’re unsure about crypto deposits, they’re safer than through your bank. I’ve traded for years and I have been scammed and all that before I found KOT4X before they shutdown. With these guys I had a trusted source and high earning pro trader tell me they had a great experience so I made a decent sized deposit myself to test it out today and it was again a big amount and I was confused at first as it didn’t show on the site but once my cashapp verified their end, it appeared within 10 mins NOT TO MENTION they INSTANTLY matched my decent sized deposit into my tradelocker account as SOON as I did. At 2am on a SUNDAY by the way. I’ll DEFINITELY update this if I get a change of heart as of now I love it!
Great company; This is as good as it gets for a semi-regulated/unregulated broker, most of the negative reviews are either bots or incompetent traders(please read the rules/terms properly and assess any trading issues thoroughly before blaming staff). So I'll give u guys another 5 stars! :)
The one thing they don’t tell you is that there is a 3% withdrawal fee . Everytime you want to withdraw you have to pay that . That’s insane and not right . They say there transparent but they don’t have that on their website. Also their platform frozed on me and the spreads widened . However they did compensate me for the issue which I respect . My only issue is the withdraw fee if that was already stated on their website then I wouldn’t feel no way but to go to withdraw and see there’s a fee is absurd and disturbing just my honest unbiased opinion . They’re good overall but they lack the transparency about their withdrawal fee which is 3 percent every time you withdraw so I DO NOT recommend them I can’t in good faith

worst broker ever my money is gone :( stop loss didnt triggered in profit im so sad all my money got wiped as soon as themarket open at 6pm stop losss was in profit before the market got closed :(
I was doing a demo with gates effects.I was doing really good then.I started live. As I put in trades, I see them going in the direction that I put that I put it in, but yet, I wasn't making no profit off of it. Even though it was going in a bearish mode I put a ticket into gates f.X, but I got no reply day off frauds.A waste of timeTake it from me

Stay away. The swap fees is insane This is broker will eat you alive . I close my biggest profit today at 27$ the swap fees was 25$ and my earnings well only 2$ then I checked all the last earnings. I was asking I take profits but my money don't seem growing but even with tiny win like 5$ or 2$ the brocker takes takes most of your earnings like 7$ for swap fees and let you stay in negative profits (-2$)
I spoke to support about overcharged fees for AUD/USD. Agent said it's $15 per lot and because I had 3 lot that's $45 for each trade. Agent gave me the link about fees. When I clicked on it, it says Deposit Bonus Account: Commission: $12 per round trip. So I told the agent I was overcharged and asked him to rectify the error which is on their end anyway. He said "there is nothing further we can do regarding this matter and that there’s been no intentional overcharge - the fee structure for the bonus account is system-based and applies equally to all our clients. It isn’t unique to your account or manually adjusted in any way." I was so frustrated because I do know that whatever is on the page of any business is legal and bound. If the page shows $12 per lot then I should be charged as such not $15. Agent said he will escalate my issue. I am waiting!!!!!
The help death provided ‘world class’ Customer Service. I had an issue with establishing my initial account and the response time was quick, the updates were efficient and effective, and the resolution was done much faster than expected! An amazing experience, and very refreshing in this world of endless loops of nothingness to get an answer that sometimes does not resolve your issue. Bravo GatesFx!
