About Fusion Trade 247

Fusion Trade (fusiontrade24.com / fusiontrade.co) is not regulated by any recognized financial authority. The Financial Conduct Authority issued a warning on 7 July 2023 indicating that Fusion Trade may be providing financial services without authorization, naming the firm as unauthorised and advising avoidance of dealings with it. The warning cites the website fusiontrade.co and contact numbers, noting that clients would not be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or be able to access the Financial Ombudsman Service.

The platform claims registration in the Marshall Islands with entity number 104693, but this registration has been annulled. The Marshall Islands registry does not provide forex regulation, and no valid regulatory oversight exists for Fusion Trade, effectively placing investor funds at risk.

Numerous regulatory bodies have listed Fusion Trade as an unauthorized broker. The AMF (France) added it to its warning list on 23 August 2023, and the CNMV (Spain) did the same on 11 September 2023, both citing provision of investment services without authorization.
