Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Fusion Markets. Aside from low spreads, there seems to be a lack of honesty in their policies and communication. I've had a lot of issues dealing with their "customer service" in which the agent has deleted previous chats about my account and the reimbursement policy. I was definitely interested in this broker due to a lot of positive comments on their "support", and thought that their incentive to trade with the TV promo was nice- in showing that they care about their clients trading on their platform. However- although there are 4.5 stars given- I 100% would say that this is definitely a 1 star company.
