Good Customer for Years but now its just a SCAM. Swapped my Bitcoin in ADA and my funds are held without anything. N.Exchange is the Provider but Exodus is also at fault because their Support does not care. Probably they get a part of the Coins they Scammed

As a beginner i had trouble to access my wallet. Charles was so attentive and his quick response help to solve the issue. I will keep using Exodus. Great service! Thank you!
Tim was so kind and patient and supported me over many hours , through the whole , stressful process of how to restore my wallet. I so appreciated this excellent customer service. I feel I have a lot more trust in Exodus now.
Had an issue after a currency purchase and was nervous since I had no prior experience. Emailed customer service and James responded promptly and helped solve my issue and relieved my fears. I would use their platform again.
Used Exodus many times. Unfortunately while they offer a discount for a limited period ((have booked several hols upfront on the basis of this) they will not allow the loyalty discount scheme, yet their written literature suggests otherwise. V. disappointing and will look at other companies in future, as the admin hasn't been great and quite a few mistakes have been made.
Fast email response, they solved the problem with crypto staking that I had quickly. Got my crypto holdings back and everything ended well. Exodus wallet user interface is also very friendly, will keep using it.
For over a year I had 1300 dollars For over a year I had 1300 dollars, one next day I had 23 dollars. After I complained they told me that I have to find the SHIBAINU I had and add to my prtfolio. I did and the money showd up. Now every day I have to do this. Also to be able to witdaw money, I have to: "in order to interact with any BEP20 token on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network, you will need a small amount of BNB in your wallet for transaction fees." They didn't tell me this when I deposited the money. Now I tried to purchase BNB, but they use MOONPAY, what add more to the problem as they are not recognizing me. SO I cannot go trough with the purchase. SO now I cannot add the required BNB, and I cannot take my money out. This is set up on purpose. They should be shut down. They received my first deposit without any problem but they not letting me to take out my money. Disgusting. This is criminal.
Waiting three days for a response to my email now. I swapped USDT to ADA on the day everything crashed directly from my Ledger. Because your exchange’s API was down for over 5 hours, my swap didn’t go through until prices had shifted dramatically, leaving me short by around 6,500 ADA due to your system’s failure. I’ve sent multiple emails with full proof and transaction details but still haven’t received a single reply. It’s frustrating try to do the right thing, buy the dip, and instead get punished for it. Horrible EDIT: So what happens now ?
I started using exodus back in 2020 and so have never used any other app, exodus is so premium app and also customer service is good too 👍
The team was very helpful in resolving my issue. It took a while to resolve due to unstaking period but they were great with instructions etc.
My first expereince with Exodus customer service was terrible. I was passed on from one agent to another and no one was really able to assist me as they just kept passing me on like a hot potatoe. Then Peter S, entered to assist me and it was like night and day. Peter was relentless in investigating my issue and did a deep dive by setting up Zoom calls with me to speak face to face which make a huge difference rather than just communicating via email which was terrrible and very slow. Peter would follow up with me and keep me updated with progress and finally resolved my issue by going above and beyond. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 40 years and have to say Peter provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. Bravo Peter and thank you for caring.

The app is good, but the crypto prices are 99% wrong, while on binance it said the correct price, on exodus it said some random price and even though it was going up, my money was going down

after 1 day over 4000 pound worth of bit coin stollen exodus are saying theres nothing they can do so dont bother wasting your time or your bit coin
Just amazing, Exodus sent me $10 TRX after trying multiple times to withdraw my usdt tron balance, it won't work because I had no tron balance and so they gave me a balance just so I could make my transaction, just more than happy. Wish I have the time to write the whole story, couldn't actually believe it. Exodus, my wallet. my trust.
When swapping money, it doesnt warn you that you need to have money in a specific Network, which causes the person to be stuck with this money, unswappable,unsendable, cant do anything about it unless he pays 20-30$ minimum to purchase money in that Network.
Ive been using exodus wallets for several years now. While the wallet is decent the support seriously wanting. Ive had several issues none of which were ever resolved. Ive had to resolve them myself or just suffer with consequences like loosing 1K of Ether on a trezor with exodus wallet.The support person stays with you a couple of days, uses a script then passes you off to another support person the same level and uses the same script. You never make it beyond the first level and if the script doesnt fix your problem your basicslly on your own.

Have used the Exodus wallet for years and it is my favourite wallet. Easy to use and can connect to my Trezor. The support if you need it is top notch.

I made some very silly mistakes with my wallet by mixing them up with two other wallets that I had with Exodus. And then I changed my phones to just compound the stupidity. Exodus's CSRs walked me through the entire recovery process, patiently and professionally. I believe, that through the 3-week debacle that I created for myself, I actually spoke to five different Exodus CSRs. They were all excellent in their communications with me and even though I self-imposed! two 7-day restoration delays, they patiently worked with me to help me successfully recover my wallet and my funds. I am profoundly grateful to Exodus's CSRs and management. Thank you everyone.

Best wallet there is. Been an Exodus wallet holder for about a decade and hands down they have the most responive support who genuinely care. It's super secure and the interface is slick. Always innovating and a pleasure to deal with.
