On October 31, 2025 I initiated a USDT→BTC swap via Exodus Wallet. Exodus has partnered up with Cripto Intercambio and utilizes them for the internal swap in the amount of $8,401.06 USDT. The end user has no choice in this selection. The swap reports as "Failed" I contacted Exodus only to recer me to Cripto Intercambio. They then requested me to complete KYC. I completed all KYC (name, DOB, driver’s license front & back, facial scan, proof of source of funds and the transaction hash. They then began requesting 2500.00 to release the money. That is when I knew it was a scam. Exodus knows all of this and refuses to help me retrieve my hard earned Crypto. I am now closing my wallet and removing all crypto from that wallet.

. Exodus refuses to help me get my funds back from the exchange. My funds were blocked in April 2025. After the transaction was blocked in my Exodus wallet, I contacted Exodus and they gave me a link to the exchange that blocked me. I contacted the exchange and they asked me to complete KYC and provide proof of the legality of my funds. Everything was provided quickly. And now, three months later, the exchange is offering to return only 1.13 ETH instead of 3.08 ETH, and I did not agree. It has been more than six months now, and the exchange refuses to return anything to me, even part of my funds. When I write to Exodus and complain about the exchange, I receive messages like this: "Hello, We appreciate you getting back in touch. Since Exodus did not process the swap, we are unable to assist any further from our end. You will need to work with Cripto InterCambio to reach a resolution. This will be our last email regarding this order. Best regards." In other words, they don't care about their customers' problems and the fact that customers have been suffering without their funds for more than six months! I have all the evidence and correspondence, and I can provide it if anyone is interested.. Answer Exodus : Reply from Exodus 2 days ago We appreciate the heads up. Exodus itself is a self-custodial wallet, so all swaps from your wallet are serviced through third-party API providers. In this case, working directly with the swap provider should help facilitate your pending swap. Criptointercambio - Scammers, and you can see that from the reviews! I provided them with all the data for verification, they have already spent my funds on other exchanges and now they are not saying anything specific. I am surprised why you are still working and continuing to deceive people.

Remove all your funds immediately. I have used exodus for the last 8 months, just holding not selling. Checked it this morning to find all over 10k has vanished from my account. Contacted support with no success. People say I must have given my phrase out which is impossible as it is still on a piece of paper in my wallet in my back pocket. Exodus is compromised. Wouldn't surprise me if it's exodus themselves taking people's money. 10k might not be a lot to some people but it was all the savings I had for my kids when they're older. Devestated .

I recently experienced problems sending some USDT. I contacted Exodus Support via E-Mail and received a reply in less than an hour. Having not sent this particular crypto before, a fix was explained to me and with their help I made the transaction successfully. Great Support and perfect outcome. Very Happy. 😃

Have used their wallet for quite a long time never had any issues. Was my first choice that was recommended by friends in the self custody wallets options. Had been having issues with my LTC not loading and not being able to send transactions every now and then and Jason really helped me figure out the issue and explained the cause. For a free customer using their services I was amazed with the average 10-15mins response time for each mail from support, hats off to them and in the end my issue got sorted too.
