EXANTE customer reviews

I love how fast my trades execute on EXANTE! However, the fees can a bit high for certain trades, which is something to consider if you trade frequently.
While EXANTE offers a decent trading platform, I noticed some quirks that could be improved upon-like slower loading times during peak hours.
I've been using exante for a few months now, and while the platform is powerful is powerful, I found the initial learning curve a bit steep. However, customer support was super helpful in guiding me though it!
Being using Exante app for more than three years, the support helped me from setting the account correctly to money withdrawal finally. Got an invitation to attend Finance Magnates Summit in London, will go there to find Exante reps there, hope to spend great time.
Exante’s Q3 report came through with some real-deal insights on interest rates, inflation, and commodities—stuff that actually helps shape my trades. The research is top-notch, and you can tell they put in the work. The platform itself runs smooth, no big issues, but it’d be even better with some more customization to make it feel more personal. Support’s decent, though it can lag a bit when things get busy. Overall, a strong platform that just needs a few tweaks to hit five stars.
The platform is good, setting up my account was a hassle. I had to contact customer support a few times to get it sorted, but they were helpful and quick.
I’ve been using EXANTE for about a year now, and honestly, it’s been pretty solid. They’ve got a ton of assets to trade, you name it, they’ve got it. The platform’s a bit tricky to figure out at first, especially if you’re not super experienced, but once you get the hang of it, it’s smooth. Fees are kinda on the high side, which is a bummer when you’ve got a family to think about.
I recently subscribed to Exante real-time data feed, and it's been a fantastic addition to my trading toolkit. As someone as me combining office job and family life, having access to live market data across multiple exchanges has been super cool. Thanks to the feed I can stay up-to-date with price movements and make fast decisions.
So a friend got me onto Exante and honestly it seems like a decent platform so far. It's user-friendly, and the support team has been pretty responsive whenever I've had questions. The only issue is I haven't been verified yet, even though I've already sent in all my documents. They told me it's still being processed, but I'm really eager to start investing ASAP. It's a bit frustrating to wait around, especially when I'm ready to dive in.
I'm no expert ( far from it, lol ), but their help center and client service have been really responsive whenever I needed a hand. They got a wide range of investment options, which is great " cause I still don't know what the heck I'm doing half the time. So yeah, if you're like me and just starting out on this investing journey, Exante might be worth a shot.
