I tried to withdraw using the same card I used to deposit, but they came up with a ridiculous reason to refuse my withdrawal. They said I can only withdraw the deposit amount and I can't withdraw profits. What a bunch of scammers!
My experience with Equiti has been deeply concerning and raises serious questions about the company’s credibility. Despite depositing a total of $22,500, I encountered significant issues when attempting to withdraw my funds. The relationship manager assigned to me, Avin, traded on my behalf and repeatedly encouraged additional deposits. However, when I requested a withdrawal I faced persistent obstacles. Ultimately both my deposits and any profits disappeared. Communication ceased entirely as Avin stopped responding and customer support failed to provide assistance. After two weeks without any response I was forced to escalate the matter. With the involvement of Hbpf Holdings, a security firm, I initiated a dispute that eventually led to the recovery of my deposits. Without their intervention I would have suffered a complete financial loss.
I chose Equiti because of the brand value. To my expectations, Equiti satisfied my requirements in the best perfect way. My personal coordinator Zahi Al Sa'di helped me out in each and every situation, helped me to withdraw and deposit efficiently, sent me market reports daily, followed up in each and every situation where I needed help. I have been Trading with Equiti since long time , trading experience is just wow with service I get from broker specially big shoutout to Nawal Abdulwahab for quick customer service and response when ever needed. When it comes to deposit I dont need to think for a sec before putting my hard earn saving as withdrawal is quick and on time since past 2 years .

I invested $ 2k. After 1 week trading it reached 3k. On the 10th day it became "0". Irresponsible trading by my manager Mr. Avin. He didn't put the stop loss. Afterall I am the looser. The company may be good, but the manager was hopeless . Never trust anyone who trade for you. If you are capable of doing , do it yourself.

My experience with Equiti was frustrating from start to finish. Their platform and support team were unreliable, and it often felt impossible to get a clear or honest answer. Promises made during the onboarding process did not match what was actually delivered. Customer service responses were slow and inconsistent, and important issues were left unresolved for weeks. Communication was poor, and it became clear that transparency was not a priority. I found the overall experience unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this company with their time or money. Based on my experience, Equiti does not operate with the level of honesty or accountability that a financial service provider should have.
I start trading on Equiti and after some days my trading account got disabled and unable to login. I conatcted support and they enable it again, they didnt explain any reason or why. after a week the same thing happen, trading account disabled and now withdrawals are blocked. emailed support but no response. This type of service is unacceptable!
Equiti ignored me after platform failure — escalating to FSA, CySEC & legal action I attempted to deposit during a margin call but Equiti’s deposit page repeatedly failed to load. Because of that technical failure I lost positions. I immediately reported the problem and supplied screenshots and a screen recording proving the issue. Equiti replied that they would investigate and get back to me within 24–48 hours. It has now been 6 days and I have received no substantive update or further communication. My follow-ups have been ignored. This is completely unacceptable. I am publishing this as a formal public complaint and have preserved all evidence. If Equiti does not provide a full explanation, compensation for my losses, and a formal escalation of my case, I will: • File formal complaints with the FSA and CySEC. • Pursue all available legal remedies. • Share this experience across Trustpilot, consumer forums and social media so other clients are warned. I expect Equiti to contact me immediately with a full investigation outcome and proposed remediation. Failure to do so will leave me no option but to escalate.
I signed up with equiti like 2 weeks ago and i was about to make a deposit but i got an email saying my account was signed in using another device in another city and i was not aware of it , how my information got leaked so easily ?

I have tried multiple platforms in UAE . Equiti I initially joined them because they are actually SCA certified unlike others claim it . Moreover to add during a high volume trade where Mr. Powell gave a speech, I faced challenge for a minute but however the support team and my account manager Pamela helped so quickly and within 24hrs they have refunded the amount . This is exceptional and I do not think any broker is even close to Equiti . Highly recommend them .

Careful, password leaked:Someone accessed my portal and opened multiple demo accounts without my consent. I contacted support and asked for the IP and logs of whoever did this, but they told me they cannot provide that information. This is very critical because it means someone has obtained my credentials. Be careful, this is extremely dangerous as it seems the leak came from their side. The most concerning part is that demo accounts were used, which strongly suggests my password was compromised, Update to your reply on trustpilot 9/9/2025 Thank you for your reply. I must point out that I already communicated with your support team for over two weeks, but the case was closed without any valid explanation. Furthermore, you refused to provide the IP logs and details of the unauthorized access, which are my rights as the account holder. Equiyi may be a good company but their RM service is very bad. My account number is 1013347759. lost money in the account due to the bad signal given by RM. I want to advise everyone to trade through a broker called equuti. The company is good and reliable but never use their RM service. Their RM never prioritizes our money. Their entire focus is on the spread charge they get. The name of the RM who lost my money is Ahmed.
