I could not get past the lengthy account verification. It is probably just my poor computer knowledge and I just lost interest.
A fake broker who steals traders' money. If you lose, it's okay, but if you win, they freeze your account and steal your profits for no reason, making up absurd excuses. After months of work, I had €7,000 in profit in my account, but they froze everything with a ridiculous excuse. Thieves, don't trust them, don't open an account with them, you can only lose.

Maybe trading conditions, spreads, commissions are quite good, but customer service is completely tragic. In another broker account verification takes less than half an hour and you can trade succesfully. In EasyMarkets 25 hours after registration I am waiting for account verification. Face reading software does not work with camera in laptop. Live chat does not work at all. The staff does not respond for e-mails. An account can be removed exlusively via e-mail to the support. There is no any option to remove account on their website. Even Google at that moment can not open their website. Does that firm exist?
