I had to close my account since they applied trading restriction on my accounts on 07-06-2024. These changes include lower leverage, and higher margins, swaps, and spreads. I have tried multiple time to contact support to left the restrictions with no luck Last contact was on May 30th 2025 . so I had to close my account. I sent an email to Deriv support. Deriv Account CR2250713 update: they refused my request to left restrictions. So, i will keep my account closed until further notice.

Dislike, the fact that i can trail my trade with a stop loss so close to the price but then when there is a spike it wipes out most of my profits as if i had not put a stop loss very close to the moving price. Boom & Crash
