I made a mistake with my deposits to my coinexx account, I wasn't aware that the network fees to deposit into my account would interfere with my minimum deposit of $10. I sent exactly $10 and the network fee reduced me below the minimum and I couldn't Figure out why. Patrik Kane was my customer service rep and helped me out tremendously correct my mistake and helped me understand why. Coinexx has a great customer service department

I contacted James Cook at Coinex with a problem. It seemed some funds didn't transfer properly between MT5 and Alpha. James stepped in, working with his team and found the issue. The funds were added back to MT5 in less than 30min. I was able to re-transfer the funds with no problem after that. It was great working with James at Coinex. Very polite and conscientious. Great job guys.

Customer service rep Anna Carter was very helpful when I was rude and angry she really didn't close off the chat which I might have done myself if I was in her shoes. She took her time to help me out and resolved the situation in a way that I don't normally see Customer support do and I myself have been in her shoes as a rep myself and dealt with people in my face as a rep in a credit card consolidation company.. She was very professional with my attitude and went above and beyond and she is the Rep of the month
