I had a great experience with Coinexx support today. I was trying to increase the leverage across four live accounts, but the client portal kept returning an error because the accounts had active deposit bonuses. Chris Paul took the time to understand the issue, reviewed the screenshots I provided, completed the required verification, and then updated all four accounts from 100x to the maximum permitted 200x leverage. Chris was friendly, patient and kept me updated throughout the process. Everything was resolved quickly, and I confirmed the changes were applied correctly before ending the chat.
