Sophia was my Support Assistant who was very patient with me as I attempted to navigate through the registration process, correctly installing my trading chart via id and password. She also assisted me with the same process on my iPhone in which the entire process took nearly one hour and she remain present and made sure I completed every step successfully. If I happen to have any issues in the future, I wish that she is there to assist me. Thank you Coinexx for great support individuals like Sophia!
