Chris P. and Sam A. assisted in reactivating my login after it was hacked. I had a glitch though because my MT5 account was recycled and funds temporarily lost; strange timing. It took a few chats and emails from me insisting that there were funds in the account, but after 4 or 5 days everything was restored, including prior bonus margin. The online assistance was always prompt and courteous - sounds like a sales pitch but this is all true!
