Coinexx is very shady. They always increase their spread to take you out the trade right before the move happens. And when you compare with charts from other brokers you’ll notice it was only on their platform that price spiked against you before making the move. Complete price manipulation.

Stay away from Coinexx. Another broker ran by useless INCOMPETENTS surely about to exit scam soon! Been trying to withdraw my money from Coinexx since the beginning of November and they are ignoring all my emails and tickets. They are closing my tickets giving the silence treatment. The complinace departement for what? What a joke! Scam exchange with fake paid reviews like most scam businesses on Trust Pilot. trust Pilot is a corrupted organisation protecting criminals! The new normal a world full of corruption where the criminals can get away with everything! Trust pilot should allow people to post screenshots for proofs against criminals and fraudsters!

I think Coinexx has the best support anywhere on the planet. Anna Carter and Gary Smith are superb representatives. I made the wrong choice of using an old wallet for depositing funds which were lost in the ether of bitcoin. They quickly located the deposit and made it into the correct account.
