Good platform easy to use
Very easy to trade the platform.
Funny experience. Before I made a deposit, I checked with support twice whether there is a limit on the number of positions I can open. I was told that as long as there is enough funding I there is no limit. Then, when I opened 200 trades, I got an error "failed sell limit 0.01 GBPAUD.a at 2.02866 [Position limit reached]" . I checked with support and was told that because I have buy trades with GBPAUD, I cannot open hedging trades. where the error message clearly said position limit reached. I closed a few positions and then opened a hedging trade on GBPAUD just to prove support wrong again. So I was told 1. I can open as many trades as I can===>WRONG 2. I cannot open hedging trade===>WRONG what information provided by CMC is accurate?
Contacted CMC customer services regarding platform issues. Following their investigation problem still persists and it my issue alone. Cannot close positions and the platform does not respond. Have to log off and log back in to resolve the issue which is totally unacceptable. Same computer, other platforms ,no such issues. They do not want to admit it is a problem and their mistake.Will have to take the matter further if needed to resolve this cmc platform issue

First off I like the way the account works. I don't need some arbitrary large sum of start up capitol to have the privilege to short. Using CMC with tradingview is aggravating at time with "non tradable symbol". Trading view offers a reverse position option that CMC doesn't seem to support. Let's get that reverse position button working and maybe add btc and eth as "tradable symbols" this would be a far greater experience if those 2 things could happen
Excellent platform with everything you need to make money if you know how to use it
It is great for CFDs, connectivity is one of the best, charting is good, option margining is one of their weaknesses. A bit expensive for single stock CFDs too.

I have been trading on this platform for over 10 years and never have had any issues in executing trades, deposit or withdrawal. They give you the number of their manager, who is linked with my account and I have an issue of any kind I can call him, this is great way of customer and client building trust relationships.
I am a trader in Australia. They don't provide option trading for us stocks. So , you can't offset the risk. I made some money this year, but profit is 30% less than my peers because currency exchange when you buy and sell us stocks . This is totally different from other platform which only require currency exchange when you buy us stock. If they don't want to change, I have to transfer my stock out.
It works and I do not have an issue making trades
